Chapter 6: Play

(Y/n)'s P.O.V

After helping them to answer their assignments I smiled watching them

"(Y/n)-nee why are you so smart?" I turned to Emma-chan

"(Y/n)-nee isn't really smart, I just like to study that's all" I answered as I smiled at Emma-chan

"Are you a top in your class?" Mikey asked then I nodded

"Yes, (Y/n)-chan is one of the top in our class" Shinichiro-kun says as he ruffled Mikey's hair

"So both of you should study hard" He added then Emma-chan hummed

"Well, studying is boring and it's fun to play more!" Mikey says

"What? Studying is more fun!" I remarked

"No playing is more fun!" He retorts, I just giggled then I turned to my phone that was ringing, I picked it up then I answered it.

"(Y/n) go home already the tutor has been here for hours" Mom says I just hummed

"I'll be there soon" I said as I ended the call then I turned to them.

"I'm sorry but I have to go and We couldn't make the project but let's make it tomorrow" I said as I picked my bag up.

"Are you going?" Emma-chan asked I smiled as I ruffled her hair.

"We'll play tomorrow! Bye" I stood up as I walked towards the door.

"I'll send you home" I turned to see Shinichiro-kun

"It's late and you're alone if something bad happen then I'd be at fault" Shinichiro-kun says as he walked towards the door opening it

"Ooooohhh~~" Mikey and Baji cooed as I turned to them

"Stop it!" I yell as I walked out

"Sorry about those two" He says as he closed the door,

"Wait here for a sec" He said as walked somewhere then one minute later he stopped in front of me.

"Let's go, wear this helmet" He says as he puts the helmet on my head.

I-I'm going to ride here?!! With Shinichiro-kun?!! J-Just the two of us?!!

"Let's go" Shinichiro-kun says snapping me out of my thoughts, I climbed up his motor bike

He grabbed my right hand putting it on his waist

"So you'll be safe" He says as he started the engine and he started to drive

I'm grabbing Shinichiro-kun's shirt?! We're so close!!

I gulped as my face started to go red.

After a few minutes we arrived in front of my house I climbed down taking the helmet off

"Thanks" I said as I handed him the helmet.

"I'll see you tomorrow then" He says

"S-See you then" I stuttered as I averted my gaze

"Haha see you" He said as he drive away

I looked at his figure until he disappeared.

What's this weird feeling?

I clutched my chest as I turn to the house and I went in.

"Mom, I'm home" I said as I stepped inside

Third Person's P.O.V

The next day

"(Y/n)-chan~~" (b/f/n) chimes as she walked towards (Y/n)

"What do you want?" She asked not turning to her focusing on her notebook

"Aww~~ studious as ever I see" (b/f/n) chimes as she pokes (Y/n)'s shoulders, but then (Y/n) winced.

"What's wrong?" She asked then (Y/n) just smiled

"No, nothings wrong" She says with a smiled

"(B/f/n)-chan I'll go to the bathroom wait a minute" She says as she stood up walking towards the bathroom.

Shinichiro walks inside putting his bag on his table as he sits down.

"Hey! Did you do something to (Y/n)-chan?!" (B/f/n) asked glaring at Shinichiro who was dumbfounded

"I just came in" He answered then the girl in front of him glared at him

"What did you do to her yesterday?!" She coldly asked

"Nothing she was teaching my siblings that's all" He answered afraid of (B/f/n) who was glaring at him

"Ohh then why does she—" she looks at (Y/n)'s seat then Shinichiro raised a brow looking at (Y/n)'s seat.

"What?" He asked

"No nothing" She walked away leaving Shinichiro confused, when (Y/n) walks in she sat on her desk as she continues on studying.

"(Y/n)-chan! Good morning!" Shinichiro greets she turned to him

"G-Good morning" she greets turning her attention back to her notebook

"Just look at those two" (b/f/n) seatmate says as they stare at the two

"Dense as ever" They laughed

A teacher went in starting their discussion.

After the first teacher the second teacher went in

"Tomorrow will be the deadline of your homework and You'll be reporting it tomorrow got it?" The teacher announced

"Yes!" The students answered in unison

"Okay so today let's start our lesson"

The teacher started to start her discussion while Shinichiro was staring at (Y/n) who looked a bit troubled but he could see she was trying her best not to show it.

When the discussion was done the teacher went out and everyone started to stand up and go out of the classroom, it was time for recess.

Everyone was buying their snacks meanwhile (Y/n) was still sitting reading her notes.

Shinichiro gently puts a strawberry milk with sandwich on her desk startling her.

"What do you want?" She asked looking up at Shinichiro

"You should eat" He shortly replied as he sat on his chair, (Y/n) only looked at the food but then later on grabbed it and ate.

"Thanks" she says as she bites the sandwich

"Ohhh look at those two"

"Shinichiro bought her snacks?"

Everyone around them cooed making (Y/n)'s face turn red, while Shinichiro was too dense to even know what they were saying.

When school was over (Y/n) was still on her desk looking at her notes, then she sighed as she stood up and looked at the windows the sky was orange

She went out of the school when she heard someone walking beside her

She turned to see Shinichiro smiling at her

"Tomorrow will be the deadline so let's work hard!" He says as he raised a fist

"Yeah" She smiles as they walk side by side
