I've got my head in the clouds
I don't know how unhappiness sounds
up in this air
everything is fair
no one can hurt me
or change who I'm trying to be
no one can make me cry
and no one can lie
I'm dreaming
seeing
the world as I need
avoiding the pain because my world is not what I've dreamed
so I'll stay up here for a while
because I'm in denial
