and once we get it no one can save us
keeping it all in is the only way to contain
because madness is born in the brain
once you open your lips
the madness slips
or you write it down
the thoughts can't drown
it will be heard or read
and the madness awakens from its death bed
suddenly the nosy fools catch the madness
and try to bury their sadness
they write it down or talk about how they feel
the thoughts they cannot conceal
the madness comes from its cave
and the infected no one can save
