Disgust of yourself is the worst disgust
in my life its the only thing I trust
if all things are bad
and you are feeling mixed up and sad
and the only thing stable
is that you are able
to look in the mirror and cry
at one look and you know why!
obesity is an epidemic
size six is a menace
back fat you can grab
is rather sad!
oh look in the mirror
dear
when everything is changing
and there's no saving
at least look in the mirror
because you will always hate yourself no matter the year!
