I'm a mess
overflowing stress
and I just want a break
for my soul's sake
I'd like a rest
so I can be my best
I'm tired
uninspired
I'm trying to relax and sit on the couch
and not care that I slouch
I want time away from it all
so I can stand tall
I'll shut off my phone
so leave me alone
its nothing you did
but I'm a pot boiling over and I've lost my lid
so until I'm content just leave me be and I'll be better soon just wait and see
