Fear can drive you insane
especially when it does not exist
overthinking causes pain
but I cannot resist
I don't know why I fear
and do not know why I imagine things
its not really here
but I feel the presence and it sits and rings
I don't know what others feel
or think or see
so I'll decide myself my fears aren't real
and maybe they'll leave me be
past actions
past things said
bring these kinds of reactions
that burn in my head
I try not to think about it too much,
but I never succeed
bringing such
and I'll never be freed
if only others saw what I did
it would all be clear
of it I wish I could rid
this unseen fear!
