Yesterday, when we were out eating with the Kim Family our house has been ransacked. I couldn't care less if any of my brother's things got stolen.
But what happened is something I could never let pass by. Somebody stole the Laptop which contains all the evidence I have against Mark Castro who's known as Rui by his goons.
I don't know nor care about his ideals and reasons for doing this, but I know for a fact he's not someone to underestimate. Now that we don't have the laptop at hand, all we can do is investigate again or find the laptop no matter what and take it back.
If being underhanded is what they want, I will answer to their challenge by using underhanded tactics as well. Once I retrieve the Laptop, I will leave as soon as I can copy the files again before it gets stolen again and place it safely somewhere no one can find them.
I hate to admit it, but I need my brother's help with this one. He can confront his friend once I retrieve the Laptop. If he's precious to him, he should've kept an eye to him in the first place.
KNOCK! KNOCK! KNOCK!
I stood in front of my Brother's room waiting for his response. After a few minutes, he still hasn't responded, so I continuously knocked every few minutes.
"What's wrong with you? It's like 2 AM in the Morning. Can't you let me sleep? Just please?" He said. I can see annoyance and anger drawn on his face which I didn't care about, the importance of this plan comes first than his sleep schedule.
"I don't care about the other details, go down and we'll talk about the plan. You and I with Pauleen Gomez-" He interrupted me as soon as he heard Pauleen Gomez's Name.
"Pauleen Gomez? Really? What help would she give us? Moral support?" He asked.
"Don't underestimate her or else you'll find yourself at the floor at some point. She took taekwondo lessons with me since we were kids, so I know her better than you." I said.
"Oh-ho, so the undisputed Vice President of the Student Council have some friends, huh? I guess you're right on that one. I always got defeated by her when we sparred once when she visited." He said, with a little mocking at the start which I ignored.
"Now that you know, let's talk about the plan after she wakes up." I said. "Wakes up? How do you even know she's asleep?" He asked. "Have you forgotten that she stayed here overnight because of Council work? Or you really didn't know she even came here?" I asked.
