"You are-" I covered my mouth in shock. "Yes you're right, I'm Inspector Concepcion," He said. "Wait, Inspector what are you doing here?" I asked. "I'm Inspector Rye Concepcion, his twin." He said, making me even more shocked. "Wait, Inspector Jim Concepcion never told me he had a twin here in Pampanga." I said. "Maybe because you never asked him. And also didn't he tell you he was a Police Executive Master Sergeant here in Pampanga before and he was moved to Valenzuela 9 or 10 years ago. He was still the Police Executive Master Sergeant until he became the Chief of Campus Police at your school, Ramaca University for some unknown reasons." He said.
"I see, all he told me is that he was a PEMS and then got moved as Chief of Campus Police. But he never told md any reason why." I said. "He never told neither me nor our parents." He said. "Yeah, but let me ask you one thing, Inspector Rye. Are you really not Inspector Concepcion that is pretending to have a twin? I did not mean to offend you but it's just that you two looks so identical yet your voices are distinct from each other. Are you really his Brother? This is the last time I'm asking about this." I said.
"For the nth time, yes I am Inspector Jim Concepcion's Twin Brother." He said. "Well, that's all for my questioning. Thank you Inspector Rye." I said, smiling. "So, I'm here to see if you're truly worth it to have on investigating this case." He said. "But before that Inspector, here's all the letters including the one from before. from the criminal plotting to kill the actor playing as the Phantom, in Clark's musical play "The Phantom of the Opera" I said.
"The bells are ringing, the clock is ticking. Will the phantom still be breathing? If you want to stop me, find him. The only person who can defeat me. The fun has just begun!"
And here's what the second letter says which was brought here today. "Finally, the slaughtering will begin! Bloodsheds will surely be seen. Will you be able to find him before the Phantom's life would just be sweet dreams? -M"
"M? The last letter didn't have that, didn't it?" He said, looking at Clark. He must be intrigued to see the letter M in the Letter. "With this information at hand Inspector. What do you want to do?" I asked. "Oh, sorry for the trouble everyone. Please go to your Rooms. Tita Jona please accompany Karl's Friend to their room." Clark said. "Very well, Mr. Vasquez." Tita Jona said as she accompanied my Friends to their rooms. I can see Edmund Montreal staring disgustingly at Lorraine Kim. I'm kinda suspicious of his movements. Just like last time, I ignored it but this time I'm leaving room for doubts.
