Chapter 03: I Love You

Small Introduction: I am Camille Cortez. I like to read wattpad stories, and I've continously loved the stories I'm reading so far.

CAMILLE

This started last October or November,I think so. That's when my friend Rafael confessed that he had feelings for me. At first, I think he was not serious that's why I replied to him jokingly, when I replied to him jokingly he said that all he said was also just a joke, Although it's obvious that it's not a joke.

Days after days have passed then after a month or so he confessed to me again and like the other time I replied to him jokingly, I wanted him to make the first move of confessing to me, until he does that I'll never believe him even though It's so obvious that he likes me. After that day, everyday I pass by him with his Friends, especially Karl Mendez they are teasing him even if we're a lot of steps away from them.

But then, whenever they do that to him when he can't see me he lets them be, but when I'm there he acts as if he's angry at them. Then it was that time again, time for the exams and of course I reviewed my notes, a little bit. After the exams I think it was a week after that we started our Christmas Party, we played some games, ate some foods and exchanged gifts.

But before all that, I arrived early at school arriving after my friend and classmate Kate Castro, after I arrived my friend, classmate and Rafael's Bestfriend Karl Mendez Arrived at our Classroom where we'll be having our Christmas Party, after arriving he took photos of me as a joke to send to Rafael but deleted it afterwards.

After deleting the pictures and not sending it to Rafael, he asked me sincerely If he can take a picture of me and his Bestfriend Rafael, he convinced me by telling me that I should consider since it would be the last time that we'll meet in that year and he wants to help his Bestfriend make memories for 2019. And so, I agreed because I'm starting to have feelings for his Bestfriend Rafael.

An hour have passed and we're almost complete then we started the games, our President Lorraine Kim, fyi she's half Korean. She started the games and called volunteers who'll play the first game, the first game was "hep hep hooray" the winner of the first game was our classmate Raziel Sanchez, he felt disappointed because he received a tumblr as a prize. That was funny though.

The Second Game was a stop dance, I forgot who won but they received something and the participants got a ballpen as a participation prize. After the next game which was the game where you arrange the puzzle to their right place. Then Afterwards another game was played then after that, the food arrived.

Our President, Lorraine Kim along with Karl Mendez, James Reed, and Francheska Beverley came to get the food. When they arrived at the room the staffs of Chowking came inside our classroom to give us our free cake to us, because it was in the food list A doesn't provide free cake while B,C, and D provides free cake that's why we chose C. It came with chicken, rice, chicharon, and pancit canton and with the drinks too.

After eating for quite some time we made sure our trash was in the box provided for the trash. After some time we finally came to the point where we exchange gifts. After exchanging gifts we then received our gifts, after receiving the gifts, Karl spots Rafael and tells me that it's time to take the pictures. Then he called him "Rafael, picture kayo ni Camille!" He called. "A-Ayoko nga" nahihiyang sinabi ni Rafael.

"Pag di ka nagpapic sa kanya may aagaw sayo sa kanya kaya mas mabuti ng magpicture na kayo hangga't may oras pa dali!" He persistently called Rafael. He sure is persistent as to helping his Bestfriend have memories with his crush.

And then he fell for it and sat beside me wearing an earphone, he smiled but still looked like he's shy. "1,2,3 *click* there you go what a perfect shot!" He excitingly said. After our picture, Rafael ran away to his seat just across. When he made it into his seat, he was immediately teased about it. I didn't notice but I unconsciously smiled, hoping that no one noticed I kept smiling (Well, I did! :p ~Mr Author).

When the Party ended, Karl Called me and asked me for the last time to take a photo with his Bestfriend. I agreed, and I smiled while the picture was being taken. After that we left the room and the boys left in the room cleaned the room completely with our Adviser Mrs. Paula. After cleaning the Room, I saw them heading to the Elementary Department.

When they came back, they saw our classmate Mark Ople, he's one of our classmates who has a sensitive feeling. He saw them crying and tried to help him stop crying, but he told them to just let him be and they stopped and respected his decision. Afterwards Mrs. Paula guided us until we reached the main gate. "Magiingat kayo sa paguwi ahh. Sana nagenjoy kayo sa party nating to. Thank you and ingat kayo sa paguwi!" Mrs. Paula said. "Sige po Ma'am Ingat din po kayo paguwi mamaya and thank you din po!!" We all said.

While walking to the jeepney stop with my Bestfriend Pauleen Mae Cruz, I heard someone call me from behind "Camille!!" Karl Mendez was there walking behind us. After calling me all he did was waved and walked in normal speed, I don't know where he went though. After making it to the Jeepney stop, we then went inside one of the jeepneys and then Pauleen was the first to get off the jeepney after some distance, I also got off the jeepney. And after that I went home. As I sat at the chair I received a message from Rafael "I love you". I tried to hide my happiness by saying "Hakdogg" and then I was still happy after that.

Then after a few days, an incident occured that made me sad. And then before Christmas the shocking and tragic news came upon us.

(Even if we're in Camille's POV, I wouldn't say that tragic news due to my respect for her, thank you for your understanding. Lets skip to her POV during Rafael's Confession in person!! The most awaited part atleast I think so!! Wahaha~Mr Author)

After Iya convinced Rafael to confess his feelings to me in person, everyone in the room shouted "Ayieee!!" While he's approaching me. I couldn't think of anything to do/say so I just raised my head down. After that I heard his words "Camille, alam mo naman na yung sasabihin ko, lagi kong sinasabi to sayo eh. Camille, gusto kita pwede ba kitang ligawan?" He said while holding my hand. I showed no resistance so they must've thought that I like him too, which is true. After a short while I answered "Oo" after that, the whole classroom went wild and shouted "Ayieee!!" And "Sanaol!!" After that I still have my head raised down and hiding my
"kilig overload" inside of me.

Who won't be feeling the "kilig" at that very moment especially when it's your crush that did that infront of you!! Afterwards I saw Karl Mendez that saw both me and Rafael sitting beside each other, after a moment of silence he smiled then went to his seat just at the other end from the door. I blushed because I was shy that he smiled as he saw us sitting beside each other. I was happy too!! After the remaining subjects ended we went home. And when I got home, I got a message from Rafael and then we messaged each other like all day!
