KARL
We barely have enough evidence to support our claims. How can we even try to find whoever tries to kill us, we don't even know why they would want to kill us. Tonight was the night that the Killer announced he would be going on a killing spree.
"What exactly does the killer want from us?" Clark said, thinking. "I don't know, pero kung ang Actor ng Phantom sa Play niyo ang balak niyang patayin, it's possible na this is out of jealousy or someone who has been on a fight with him or something. Do you know anyone who had been in any fight with your actor or anyone who holds grudges against him?" I asked.
"Imposible yang sinasabi mo Karl, sa pagkakakilala ko sa kanya imposibleng may nakakaaway yung Actor ko. Napakabait na tao, thoughtful and passionate sa ginagawa niya. Kaya napakaimposibleng may makaaway siya." He said.
"Kung ganon, may itatanong pa ako sayo. Is there any actor in line to be the Phantom sa play mo maliban sa Actor na gaganap ngayon?" I asked. "Oo, pero dahil sa pagkakamali niya sa rehearsal nainjury siya at pinalitan namin siya. The Doctor said na dapat ipahinga niya muna yung paa niya lalo na't 2-3 weeks ang itatagal bago siya mafully recover." He said.
"I see, thank you Clark." I said as I opened the door where my friends and Inspector Rye are talking. "Inspector, this case may be because of resentment to the Actor." I said making them shocked. "How so? What's your basis for what you're saying right now?" Inspector Rye asked in a calm manner. "I asked Clark something," I said. "And what did you ask him?" He asked. "I asked him if there is anyone in line to play the Phantom except the Actor we have right now." I continued. "And is there?" He asked. "Yes, the first in line to play the Phantom got injured in the leg so he was replaced. His leg injury would be fully recovered after 2-3 weeks." I said.
"I see. I'll tell my men to look it up, I'll give you the details later." He said. "Thank you, Inspector." I said, he only nodded in response and left the room.
"Everyone, I need your help. Tonight, kailangan nating bantayan ang Actor na gaganap bilang Phantom. Also, if you notice anything suspicious not just outside or inside but also to the Phantom." I said. "But why would we keep an eye on the Phantom when he's the one getting targeted?" They asked. "I see, you believe there's a foul play on that day they replaced the Phantom don't you?" Mark said. "And you think that the Current Phantom did it to get the opportunity to be the Phantom, don't you?" James added.
I only nodded in response. It's true that I have my doubts because it's better to have doubts than ignore those doubts. When we have doubts, it could lead to questions. If we have questions, it can help us motivate ourself to find answers.
Night time has came to us. Everyone met up at the Dining Table and ate their Dinners. After eating our dinner in the silent table, we all prepared for the worst possible outcome of this night. The Death of the Actor of the Phantom. Pero hindi lang kami sa Phantom nakafocus because if we focus too much on protecting the Phantom we cannot protect our own friends and allies.
