"You two have been studying?"

Umbridge was restricting so many rules around the school it was starting to restrict my learning. Every new rule meant people were drowning themselves into work. She had it out for me and it wasn't until the first test we had I was given a whole other set of questions. I was able to answer them without fault, she wants me to fail.

"(y/n) come on, it's lunchtime." I could hear whispering in the distance and when glancing up the twins spotted me at the same time. Fred said making me stand up from my chair.

"Have a break." Letting out a soft sigh I stood knowing they wouldn't let this go.

"I suppose. But we can't be late for herbology." I quickly said before being dragged outside to throw some snowballs around. The weather had changed quickly, everything was covered a soft layer of snow. Smiling at the chilly weather I took off the long scarf I wore.

"Bloody hell love aren't you cold." I glanced down at my bare legs and short skirt shrugging.

"I'm not bothered by cold air remember." Giggling when tossing some snow at him I squeezed when Fred grabbed me from behind.

"All he's saying it itd be nice to see you in a pair of stockings." He chuckled in my ear and George blushed throwing a snowball at his twin. I giggled getting out of Fred's grasp.

"Come on you two. Herbology is waiting for us." They groaned so I had to drag the pair of them off to class.

The twins were hiding something, every other day between either lunchtime or after dinner they'd run off somewhere. Normally I wouldn't think anything of it but it was often and at the same times.

I wanted to follow but it wasn't my business. There was a knock on my door, late at night. Standing from my desk I opened it and saw the twins.

"Where have you been going? I don't want to pry but it's bothering me." They glanced to one another before down the hall.

"If you let us in we can talk." Nodding I opened the door they slipped in.

"We didn't want to tell you because this could get you expelled." While I sat on the bed they stood trying to explain themselves.

"It's not a big prank, is it? Umbridge will murder you if it's...." George stopped me from talking.

"Nothing like that." I blinked between the two of them.

"Harry has been teaching several students spells since Umbridge isn't." I thought for a moment thinking through the number of time a week they disappear.

"So three times a week you go off to secret classes?" They nodded.

"Yeah basically." Never in their right mind in previous hears would they spend so much time studying. What's happened now?

"You two have been studying?" now the twins chuckled amused by my reaction.

"Well yeah, we get to blow crap up so why not." Fred grinned smugly to himself. At least they're focusing somewhat on school.

"Were trying to learn to help protect you." George said quieter and I looked over at him as he took a seat next to me.

"After this year you don't have to go back home but someone might come after you." I frowned at the pair of them and let out a shaky breath.

"You're doing this for me?" They grinned at one another then me.

"Well yeah of course." They spoke at the same time and I bit my lip.

"If you can break a bat in two we gotta at least be able to stun someone." I smiled giggling a little at George.

"That and with you know who back and all." The tone of the room died down, everyone knows him. I fumbled around with my fingers letting out a soft side.

"Say (y/n) do you know much about him." Nodding my head I didn't look up at them.

"I know my father sided with him in the last war to make sure the outer vampire villages were safe. But it didn't last long, we were slaughtered by death eaters. Even if I sometimes hate what I am the only true monsters in this world are the monsters we create in ourselves." They kissed my forehead.

"My my aren't you a poet." Fred joked with a soft chuckle to lighten the mood I shoved him with a pout to which George behind me brought his hands on my body starting to tickle me.

"No Georgie St-stop." Gasping this out they both joined in until I was crying. "Please stop!" laughing it out fred brought his lips don't onto mine.

"Not so loud baby girl. People could wake up." I almost head butted him but bit my lip instead. Getting out of their grip I slid off the bed glaring at them from the floor.

"Come on love it was just a little fun." George laughed with his twin and I stayed where I was.

"Fuck you." They kept amused expressions on their faces.

"Oooo." Fred and George said together chuckling together.

"I'd gladly take you up on that offer." Fred grinned and I turned around on the floor crossing my arms. "But I think we should head to bed, I'm bloody tired." Fred flopped back down on the bed, George hopped down beside me with a smug expression on his face.

"I guess it's just us then." He slipped forward kissing me. Fred didn't last long before joining us into a tangled mess.
