It had been a few hours since we'd made it back to the burrow. Everyone else had gone to bed while Fred and I sat together near George. My head was curled into his neck and he was turning the ring on my finger.

"Were you ever going to tell us?" Fred whispered as I was just looking at the fire.
I let out a long breath not sure what to say.

"To be honest no. I didn't want for you to worry."

"Well you're right, I'm worried but I'm assuming you can't get those years back." I shook my head and Fred smirked into my hair. "You really fancy us don't you baby girl." He teased but I just kissed his jawline.

"Very much so." Fred smiled tilting my head up to bring our lips together.

I woke up the next day in Fred's bed but he wasn't there. I must have fallen asleep last night by George. Letting out a soft yawn I noticed it was quite late in the morning. Gathering up my outfit and putting on my makeup followed by doing up my hair there was a shout outside.

"Ron! Fred! Pay attention. It's your brother's wedding. Buck up!" Glancing out they were starting to put up the tent. Quickly putting on my dress I trotted down the stairs before thinking of putting on my shoes that were in my hand. I spotted Ginny and Harry together by the stairs.

"Morning." It was George. He must be feeling better to tease them. Then he spotted me. "Wow, don't you look just stunning." George came right over trying to kiss me but I stopped him.

"I'm wearing lipstick." I whispered but he didn't seem to care.

"I'll take my chances." He kissed me softly and within a few moments, I knew he had red lipstick on his face. Which he did when we parted. "Is it not my colour?" He joked while I rubbed it off his lower lip with my thumb.

"How are you feeling Georgie?" I spoke as he held onto me with one hand while the other was holding a hot cup of tea.

"Brilliant. Just needed a rest I think." Smiling I nodded happily to know it worked perfectly.

"All together now!" Arthur shouted from outside and I glanced out before George walked with me to the door. I went to slip on my high heels but decided to wait until the ground had something over it to make it easier to walk. George helped on the other side with me and when lifting the tarp in the air Fred got a look at what I was wearing.

"Bloody hell (y/n)." The tarp fell a little.

"Fred focus!" Arthur shouted and Fred came right over to me to spin me about.

"You look just ravishing." Blushing as he pulled me in for a hug I giggled.

"Freddie." Laughing as he settled me down.

"I can't wait for later tonight." He whispered in my ear holding into me a little longer.

"Let's just focus on the wedding." I breathed out and Fred held onto a cheeky smile.

"That's what I was talking about. What were you thinking?" Playfully shoving him we heard the sound of someone apparating into the field just beyond the house. I remember that scent.

"Erick?" My head whipped around seeing the slightly older man with shoulder-length black hair holding up an umbrella with two kids and a woman by his side. I went running over towards him. "Uncle Erick!" Cheering he let me bear hug him. I remember him from when I was younger. He was always different and one day just disappeared. Seems like he found a wife.

"My my (y/n) you've gotten big." He laughed pulling me back to get a good look. "Still as beautiful as ever I see." Bill came over also giving him a hug.

"Erick glad you could make it." He said stepping back.

"How do you know each other?" I asked with a smile on my face.

"This man has helped me out more than once. Saved me more times than I can count." Bill tapped Erick's shoulder as they chuckled together. The two kids were hiding behind Erick until and knelt down.

"And who are these little balls of sunshine?" I asked tilting my head to the side.

"Samual and Tessa. Go on don't be shy." Their mother said and I held out my hand, they were about six and five years old give or take.

"I'm your cousin (y/n), come on these adults are boring. I'll sneak you both some desserts." They grabbed onto my hands glad to hear about sugar.

"Don't give them too much sugar." Erick shouted as I started walking away from the group of people.

"I won't promise anything."

"Cousin (y/n) why aren't you wearing shoes?" Sam asked and I glanced down to my bare feet.

"Easy question. It's to make it easier to chase after little kids." Smiling down at them the two paused for a moment before running off with me after them.

----

Everyone was dancing around in the tent. It had been hours since the wedding started and now everyone was enjoying the music playing. I was previously talking with Luna until Sam and Tess dragged me off.

"Cousin (y/n) let's dance." Tess whined at me and then Sam repeated the same thing.

"Actually I think it's our turn." Fred and George said between the two kids. I smiled and first Fred took hold of my hand to let George hang out with the kids.

"Sorry I've been running off all day." I breathed out letting my heart rate slow down as he swayed us side to side.

"I'm glad you're enjoying the kids so much." I giggled holding tighter around his neck.

"Kind of have to be used to kids. Every day is full of them." Smiling he spun me around swiftly letting my back touch his chest.

"Are you saying George and I are children?" Laughing I shook my head.

"I meant to joke shop, Freddie. But yes I suppose." Giggling I kissed his cheek.

"Switch time Fred," George said coming over to take my hand when a ball of blue light hit into the tent. Everyone gasped stepping away.

'The ministry has fallen. The minister of magic is dead. They are coming. They are coming." It repeated like a broken record, the twins grabbed hold of my shoulders as people started bustling out of the tent just as a dark wizard set fire to the roof I gasped ducking from the heat.

"Fred George you take (y/n) and go," Arthur shouted and when George grabbed his wand we were somewhere different.

"Where are we?" Panting this out I glanced around until hearing a loud bell.

"Near the train station." George breathed out and I nodded hugging myself thinking through what just happened.

"What are we doing now?" The twins looked at one another.

"Well go back to the burrow once it's calmed down. Come on let's go home." We walked from the train station to Diagon alley which wasn't far. Everything seemed to be slowly falling apart.
