"You almost called her a dog mate."

I was wondering my way to the great hall for dinner as it was only the second week back at school the twins had been pulling more pranks to settle themselves back into routine. The was a loud bang in the distance and when turning around two sets of arms wrapped around my waist.

"Glad we court up with you darling," George said sneaking a kiss to my cheek. I smiled up at them I kissed Fred's cheek just before we rounded the corner. Then I spotted Luna.

"Luna," I called out just as she went past the doors of the great hall. She turned and smiled at me as I ran over. "I remembered you mentioning you lost a pair of red shoes. Found them." I grinned holding them up for her. She nodded taking them from me.

"Thank you (y/n). These are my favourite shoes." She held them behind her back as Fred and George came back up behind me. "If you need more help with care for magical creatures let me know." She walked off to her house table.

"A little odd isn't she," Fred whispered to George and I slapped his chest without looking at him. He chuckled zapping my sides making me squeak.

"Come on I'm starving." George held onto my shoulders dragging us to some empty seats. I rubbed my hands together seeing the food on the table.

"It's roast night. Yum."

We ate over the course of an hour and we're talking amongst ourselves when a guy came over. I've heard a few people talking about him.

"Harry." Fred grinned as he stopped drinking his tea.

"What do we owe the pleasure?" George finished the sentence elbow popping up on the table. Harry glanced at me for a moment before looking at the twins.

"Can we talk in private?" He said leaning into the table.

"(y/n)s fine she's good at keeping secrets. Right love?" Fred said nudging my shoulder.

"Yep. I hear everything anyway." Fred and George raised their eyebrows turning in their seats.

"An example." Looking behind me thinking for a moment.

"Oh, Samual Skeeter. The seventh-year Slytherin always talks about how he's cheating on his girlfriend but it's with a muggle. Which is surprising since how he talks about them." The twins leant in impressed.

"Now how do you know that?" George said and I tapped my nose.

"When he got back from the break he smelt of sex and muggle. Ooo and also Tina Fray in Hufflepuff has started smoking over the break because of her parent's divorce." The three of them looked around at the two people I mentioned and I sat happily drinking some more tea.

"You need to tell us more." They were so focused on me I gestured back to Harry.

"Don't worry. I only ever talk to fred and George. No one else gives me the light of day." Harry pulled up his sleeves taking a second look around before going on.

"I lost the map." He whispered and the twins both slapped their foreheads.

"Lost it?" They spoke at the same time and I almost jumped.

"Harry what happened to honour among thieves. At least tell me it wasn't open when you lost it."

"I thought it was no honour amongst thieves," I whispered and Fred playfully shushed me making me giggle.

"No it wasn't open, someone went through my things looking something."

"Time for detective work Fred." I rolled my eyes at the pair of them they stood up at the same time ready to leave with Harry.

The twins were looking around the Harry's dorm for clues as I was looking out the window. They were murmuring to themselves saying it was impossible to find anything. Not that they're detectives or anything.

"It was a female." I breathed and they stopped looking around.

"How do you know that?" Harry asked and I stood up from my comfortable position.

"Unless one of your dorm mates has a girl sneaking in here I can smell a lingering perfume."

"And who's is it?"

"Hannah." I breathed and the twins groaned annoyed at the name.

"Why didn't you say something sooner?" Fred asked and I grinned.

"I thought it was funny watching you scurry around." They gave me a playful glare as I smiled going off the leave the room.

The boys followed me through the castle as I followed the scent of Hannah which was leading us to the bridge connecting the castle to the forest. Ron came from one of the buildings wondering what we were doing.

"Were looking for nosy Hannah," Fred said hands in his pockets.

"And what's (y/n) doing?" Ron whispered to his brothers.

"She's finding Hannah with her scent."

"So she's like a..." I stopped walked turning to look at him.

"If you call me a bloodhound I rip off the part of you that makes you male." Ron whimpered covering his crotch from me as I crossed my arms. Fred and George looked a little worried never seeing me this pissed off but chuckled. "She's on the bridge." stopping while when seeing her talking with a friend.

"Come on Ron she's only joking." Harry breathed out pulling him onto the bridge by his shirt.

"Sounded like a threat to me," Ron murmured mostly to himself.

"You almost called her a dog mate," George said walking behind the pair of them. Hannah gasped happy to see harry grinning widely telling her friend to wait further away. 

"Harry, what are you doing here?" She smiled twirling her hair with a single finger.

"He knows you were snooping around his room." Fred called out behind him and she now noticed me standing there. Her smile faded.

"What are you talking about?"

"His room reeked of your perfume." I breathed out crossing my arms as she let out a huff.

"You're believing her? She's a dark creature a beast in human skin why..." She blinked and I stood in front of her with her eyes now glowing a light red.

"Id shut up if I was you." She gulped freezing on the spot and I reached behind her grabbing a piece of parchment. Tucked in her skirt and my eyes went back to normal tossing it to Harry. She sniffed tearing up a little.

"I just wanted you to notice me." Hannah whispered.

"I don't think stealing is the way to do it," Ron murmured and we left her to stand alone on the bridge.

"You were bloody awesome," Fred said giving me a side hug. I smiled softly.
