210. Haikyuu: XXX ~ My R.

I ran as fast as I could, glancing at the phone every so often to see how much time I had. It was getting close to the end, as soon as she sent that first message I knew and had been running from school to school. My legs were screaming at me to stop, but I couldn't. Not when multiple lives were at stake.

I looked down at the phone, as she sent the apology. I threw the door open and ran forward. I grabbed the back of her shirt, grabbing onto the the railing with my free arm.

"Sora...san?" (Y/n) looked up at me, her eyes were widened in surprise. Tear stains on her cheeks.

"You're a dumbass. They all care about you, hell, you have a fan club." I scoffed at the end,

"(Y/N)!!!" Nishinoya, Hinata & Lev all shouted,

I lifted my head to look at the entrance to the school, they're all here. I let out a breathe of relief. I won't have to deal with the aftermath. I let go of the railing and reached down as I pulled her up by the back of her shirt. I grabbed her upper arm, I could hear her sobbing. She's resigned to being saved...I bet she's hoping I would lose my grip.

"If you die now, they'll blame themselves for not getting here in time. And you'll be the start of others dying. So grab on!" I snapped,

She looked up at me, and reached up her hand. She grabbed my wrist and I released her shirt, quickly grabbing onto her other arm before she could change her mind. Two arms came down from behind me. I looked to my left and right. Ushijima - Senpai & Iwaizumi - Senpai. They helped me pull her up and over the side of the roof. Sugawara - Senpai and Kiyoko - Senpai were the first two to hug her tightly. I dropped to my knees as I started breathing heavy, I closed my eyes and tilted my head back. I'm exhausted.

"You're all sweaty." Hinata said from in front of me,

I lowered my head and opened my eyes, he was frowning. Oh right. I gave Hinata a closed eye smile. He knows about my history, since we grew up together.

"I have been running around looking for her, it's been awhile." I sighed, pushing my hair out of my face.

"So you knew from the beginning," Iwaizumi - Senpai said, as he stuck his hands in his pockets and looked down at me.

"R-Really?" (Y/n) - chan stuttered as she looked at me.

I stood up, and dusted off my skirt. I hoped up on the railing, so I was sitting on it. I could lean back and I would be gone, though, Hinata would lunge at me and he might fall with me. I couldn't do that to any of them.

"It's a catchy song, seriously though (Y/n). There's a lot of people who love you, not just as friends. I bet you, they're all on a train here now." I shrugged my shoulders,

"We told them not to worry, and we would save her." Daichi said, as everyone got up off the ground.

"If the girl you loved was going to kill herself, would you stay put and wait to hear for news that she's okay?" I asked him, quirking an eyebrow.

"...No." Daichi sighed,

"Why did you add me?" I asked (Y/n), as I pulled out my phone to send a message to the group chat. Telling the Tokyo boys to head to my address. They could stay there for the night, or for how many days they were planning on staying for.

"I didn't add you...I don't have your number..." (Y/n) said, as she rubbed her eyes.

"I unmuted you." Hinata said with a grin,

Oh...so he knew the song as well. Whatever. I'm fine being used.

"Makes sense...anyways. Sorry," I gave her a small smile of apology.

"You bullied her?!" Oikawa - Senpai snapped, pure anger on his face.

"No, but I did ignore it."

"Sora - san...you should have said something" Asahi - Senpai sighed, shaking his head.

"I didn't think that would be a good enough reason for her to kill herself. She has you guys." I turned my head, so I could look around Oikawa - Senpai and at Asahi - Senpai.

"You don't know anything..." (Y/n) muttered, looking down at the ground.

"Your crush likes you back. And that asshole's been cheating on his girlfriend's since middle school.  Also, the reason they were bullying you was because they're jealous of all the attention you receive from the boys. Especially since none of them show any interest in dating anyone besides you, well, not all of them." I sighed, pinching the bridge of my nose out of annoyance.

"Oh..." (Y/n) muttered, lowering her head to the ground.

"I wasn't scolding you, just, try opening your eyes. Besides, you have everyone here to talk to - ah, I should be getting home. You guys want to come over in an hour? I'm sure they want to see you right away (Y/n)" I removed Oikawa - Senpai's hands from my jacket.

"S-Sure," she sniffled.

"I'll come with!" Hinata grinned up at me.

"...Fine." I muttered.

Hinata & I got everything cleaned by the time they all showed up. Everyone focused on (Y/n) and was making a lot of noise that my neighbors came over and asked if I was okay. I apologized and told them about the situation. I got praised for being such a good girl. I went back to the kitchen and continued cooking for everyone. Akaashi & Kita both came into help, I gratefully took their offer.

"Sora, sorry." Daichi said, as he leaned against the island in the kitchen.

"It's fine. Parent's are on a business trip - " I started,

"Hinata told us." Daichi said, cutting me off.

"So that's why it suddenly got quiet." I muttered, as I mixed the vegetables.

"And (Y/n) made a big confession to everyone who she liked, and apologized for not returning everyone else' feelings. Even though she didn't know who liked her that way," Kuroo said as he entered the kitchen.

"It's almost done, if anyone else comes in it'll be too crowded and the food might burn." Kita said, ushering the two out.

"Sora - san?" Akaashi called out to me.

"My parent's moved to America, they're letting me stay here since I didn't want to move. I don't hear from them, and just get sent money for food and to buy whatever I want. I don't have any friends at school, the only one who I keep in contact with is Hinata - when he isn't busy with Volleyball. I told him if he slacked I would stop being his friend," I told them, as I finished up my task.

"Well, you have another one." Kita said, as finished up his task as well.

"Make that three, Sora - san...we should hurry up. They're going to start getting rowdy." Akaashi  said, as he placed the big bowl of rice on the island.

"Dinner's ready!" I hollered, once everything was set up.
