219. Naruto: Tobi ~ Uchiha Shizuko

"Shizuko, time to go." Konan as she held her hand out to me,

I looked up at her, from where I was kneeling. I still acted like a child despite being sixteen, but I was really strong so none of them cared.

"Where we go?" I asked Konan, as I took her hand and got up onto my feet.

"We're going to get the Nine Tails," she gave me a soft smile.

"Eight?" I asked, tilting my head to the side. Giving her a confused look.

"Someone else is obtaining the eight tails, you have an easy job to do." she told me softly, as we left the base.

"What I do?" I asked her,

"Distract the Uchiha, and the other Shinobi for as long as you can. Make sure not to get caught and don't believe a word they tell you. Okay?" she warned me, that they would try to turn me on them and if that happened Pain and her could die. Just like Juzo, Sasori, Kakuzu and Hidan.

"Be safe!" Tobi jumped out from behind and hugged me, pressing his face into my neck.

I giggled and leaned my head back so I could kiss his mask.

"I will! I promise to Tobi!" I grinned at him,

He was the only one who didn't treat me like I was stupid; that's also how we came to be a couple. He let me see his face, and we did...do it a few times before. I blushed at the memory and let go of Konan's hand to hug Tobi tightly and hide my face in his chest.

"I love Tobi..." I muttered my confession.

I quickly let go and grabbed Konan's hand, pulling her away and telling her we should hurry.

"Shizuko?" Mikoto called out to me, as I stood on top of a few bodies.

"Mikoto-san!" Sakura shouted, as she ran over with some others. Just as I went to attack her, she wrapped her arms around me as I got close, I froze and stopped myself from stabbing her.

"Shizuko, my little silent child, I missed you so much." Mikoto said, her voice cracking.

Kill her, I shook my head and stabbed her in the back, before kicking her away from me. My heart started hurting after I did that. I jumped back away from Sakura's attack, I ducked to avoid the kunai that was aimed for my head. I lifted one of my kunai to counter Sasuke's, his Sharingan was activated and pure anger clear on his face.

"Who are you?!" Sasuke shouted at me,

"Uchiha, Shizuko! - Neh, where's Jinchuku?" I asked him, while tilting my head to the side. I kicked him away from me.

"Naruto's safe, away from you." Sasuke growled out,

"Yeah, we're not going to let you have him!" Lee shouted, appearing behind me.

I lifted my arms to block his kick from hitting me in the head, though I was sent crashing into one of the buildings. I groaned in pain as I got up, I held my head which was pounding slightly.

"How is she?" a familiar voice asked,

"She's going to live, it's not serious." a woman, this time said.

I stepped out of the shop and looked around. I was surrounded by shinobi, all of them were familiar to me. Though, not from just pictures or seeing them before.

"My head..." I groaned, as I stumbled.

"You're bleeding, don't move too much." Itachi said, as he grabbed my arm to stabilize me.
