204. One Piece: Monkey D. Luffy ~ Ex - Girlfriend

It's been a month since I left the crew, and two weeks since I found the guy who offered me a place to be. I was surprised to find out that it would be with the Revolutionary army. I was even more surprised when I saw Sabo here, but, it hurt when I learned he didn't remember me.

"Hey (Y/n)! You said you knew Fire Fist Ace right?" Daniel asked, as he came into the office with a paper.

I lifted my head from my spot on Dragon's desk, I hadn't changed into my human form since Luffy broke up with me. Even now. He held the paper in front of me, and I stood up stiffening my body as I read the paper. Ace had been captured and was going to be publicly executed, if anyone wanted to watch it live they were to head to Sabody on a certain date. I shifted on Dragon's desk, crouching I snatched the Paper from Daniel and flipped through it, before falling on the Warlords page. Marshall D. Teach was recently appointed as a Warlord.

"I'm going." I hopped of Dragon's desk, setting the paper on it.

"You're not going to reach him, he's going to be heavily guarded. Even if you were able to get into Impel down, and get to him. It would be nearly impossible to get him out of there. He's not a shifter like you," Sabo said, standing in my way.

"Who said I was going to Impel Down." I glared up at him.

"You'll definitely die if you go to the Marine's base." Daniel scoffed,

"I'm not going to let him die. Besides, once Luffy sees this he's going to try and save him. I can't let either of them die. So Move." I snapped, clenching my hands into a tight fist so I wouldn't do anything I would regret.

"...We'll get you a disguise. You can infuriate them. That's the only help we'll give you. You know what to do if you get captured." Dragon said, as he picked up the paper.

"Thank You."

I stood at the front lines. I was hoping I would be closer to Ace, but that wasn't the case. I was going to be fighting Whitebeard Pirates to keep them away from Ace. Maybe I should see if I can get one of them to throw me at the tower. I placed my hand on the sword on my hip, I've never used one before but it can't be that much different than a pipe right?

I blocked another hit from Thatch, I thought he was dead! I gritted my teeth together and jumped back. I was surprised that I was able to keep up, but, something tells me he's holding back against me. I looked up the same time he did, when I heard yelling. My eyes went wide in shock, as I saw Luffy falling with a bunch of escaped convicts. Including Ivankov. Guess he decided to make a move.

"Sorry. Looks like we'll have to dance later." I glanced at Thatch, before running towards the water where they would fall in.

I started unbuttoning my shirt, and tossed it off along with my hat. I unbuckled my sword, dropping the belt and sticking the sword in my mouth as I dove into the water - after the ship crashed. I swam right for Luffy, I wrapped my arm around his waist and pulled him up. I tossed him onto the boat.

"Who are you?" Ivankov asked, while holding his sharp nails at my throat.

I grabbed the sword out of my mouth, and held it out to him. His eyes narrowed, before he looked at me in amusement. He took the sword and stuck it in his hair.

"You wouldn't happen to be keeping a pipe in there, would you?" I asked him, while I gained my breathe.

"Here you go." he pulled a pipe out and handed it to me.

"(Y/n)!" Luffy shouted, his eyes widening in surprise.

"Of course you would still recognize me." I sighed, giving him a small smile.

"What are you doing here?!" he shouted, grabbing my arms. Worry & fear in his eyes.

"I haven't changed, so they don't know. I promise I won't unless it's necessary." I gave him a soft smile.

"Stay back - ah." Luffy said, before leaving.

I watched as he went and blocked Crocodile's attack from hitting Whitebeard. I picked up my pipe and hopped off the boat and onto the ice, lifting my arms up I stretched. Well, looks like I should drop the act now. I took out the colored contacts, and removed the soaked wig. I lifted the pipe up and pointed it up at the scaffold. Right at Ace, who was looking at me with wide eyes. Before turning his attention to Luffy who yelled that he was the one who was going to be saving Ace. I turned and started running to the scaffold. I need to get there quickly and end this.

"(Y/n)! Protect the Old Man!" Luffy yelled, as the commanders and other Whitebeard Pirates went to aid Luffy.

I passed the pipe over to Ivankov, as the whitebeard pirates & commanders came to aid Luffy. I turned my back to them and ran straight for Whitebeard, slipped past marines and avoided their own attacks. I slid to a stop in front of Whitebeard and I shifted. I gritted my teeth in pain as I grew in size. I then let out a roar. Sending fear into the marines in front of us. I turned my head to look at Whitebeard, his condition wasn't too bad but it wasn't the best either.

"Let me handle most of the fighting. You need to rest up as much as you can, especially if you want to save Ace." I told him, before turning my attention back to the marines.

"IF YOU CAN'T USE HAKI THEN STAY BACK!" Garp shouted across the field,

The marines started backing up, about half of them did. I crouched down before jumping at the closest marines. I was going to do what Luffy ordered me to do, even though I'm not apart of his crew anymore. I still love him. I'm still willing to do anything for him.

I couldn't move, my body hurt. I reverted to my furry human form, as I laid on the ground with holes through my body. Kizaru had gotten some hits in, they were good ones.

"(Y/n)!" Ace & Luffy screamed,

I turned my head and I could see them running towards me, I gave them a closed eye smile before turning my head to the sky. Looks like this is it for me.

"(Y/n) where's the sword?" Sabo asked,

I turned my head to the side, Sabo was blocking the attacks from Kizaru.

"Do you remember?" I asked him, tired.

"I was watching from Sabody. When I saw Luffy, everything came back to me. - I'll explain everything later. You should get her out of here first, Ace. Luffy." Sabo said, smiling at the two.

I laid my head on Ace's chest, as he picked me up.

"You can rest now, (Y/n). We're going to get out of here." Ace said, kissing my forehead before he took off running.

"Yeah...we're all alive." I gave him a closed eye smile, before passing out due to the pain and bloodloss.
