The warmth of the bed compelles me to snuggle deeper as I lie on my stomach. My hair falls from my shoulder and exposed my neck to the coolness of the bedroom, but just as softly as the coolness graced my skin, the warmth of light kisses trail down to my shoulder making me shiver. My eyes flutter open as I stretch and I turn to be greeted by the tender silver gaze that makes me smile sleepily. My arms wrap around him and I nuzzle into his chest as his arms wrap around my shoulder, and I notice the raven is already dressed.

"What are you doing up?... I didn't oversleep did I?" I mumble as I think to sit up, but my body refuses to listen as I lazily nuzzle into the bed.

Law's chest rumbles as he chuckles softly and he sends me his rare soft smiles as he shakes his head and moves the hair from my face.

"No, I let you sleep in. Jean-ya called me over to tell me about our next stop, and I didn't want to wake you."

"Hmm?... Where are we going next? Is it another capital area?..." I mumble and as much as I enjoyed the adventures we've encountered so far, I wish we would visit somewhere that didn't need a revolutionary battle.

His smile grows wider when I ask that, as if he could read my mind and he kisses my forehead before kissing my lips. " No. Jean says, judging from the map we got from Wano, we'll be landing in a deserted island."

"'Deserted?' Is there any resources that we need inhabit there?" I asked and he chuckles.

I pout seeing him laughing at the question in wonder. " What? It's a legitimate question!"

"I know, I know... it's just cute that you'd think to ask that sort of thing first thing in the morning. I never would've took you to be a serious person."

I cross my arms as I grin. "Hey! Being a pirate is some serious business... it's quite a demanding job."

"Oh really?... and do tell what's so demanding about being a pirate?" He smiles teasingly and I grin.

"Oh well there's the obvious responsibilities like fighting, training, and maintenance... but I also have to study a lot."

"Really? What for?"

"Medical ailments and treatments, along with learning how to perform minor procedures." I grin. "My captain is very peculiar about having his crew know first aid."

"Hmm he sounds like a very smart man." He hums with a satisfying grin and I giggle.

"Hmm yes, he is smart and reliable... buuut."

"'But?'"

"He can be stubborn sometimes, surprisingly enough - a picky eater, and a workaholic to the core." I giggle and he pouts at that before I smile and add. " But there all things that I love about him, and I wouldn't change a thing."

He blushes and I giggle as he tips his hat down so I can't see. I give him a small peck on his warm cheek before finally pushing myself off the bed and getting ready for the next stop. Law watches curiously as I pull out my (f/c) swimsuit (your choice of style) and a simple oversized shirt and knit shorts to cover up with. As I get ready to change in the bathroom, Law goes to carry on his duties. Just as I finish getting dressed, I step out from the bathroom only to stumble as the submarine began to shake violently and I grab the door frames for support. Just as the tremors calm down enough to stand without support, I start towards the control center of the Polar Tang.

Running in, I stop as I see Jean holding the wheel firmly in attempts to keep us steady as the Rascal Trio man the sonar controls to help navigate. I look to the window to see nothing but blue water, fish passing by us in impossible speeds and I look to Law standing in front in observation with his arms crossed. For a moment, I felt amazed how calm he could be in the most adrenaline-pumping moments and somehow I felt more at ease. Yet I remind myself to stay alert as I walk in, and Laws silver hues meet mine.
