The door opens and I'm met with Rhea's mom, Vera. She gives me a small smile and lets me into the apartment.
"Rhea is just in her room with Raimana. I believe they're watching Home Alone" she says trying to remember. "Oh and I won't be telling my husband that you're dating my daughter only because I want Rhea to tell him herself but you will be hearing words from him".
" Yeah I'm definitely looking forward to that but— I do have a question" I said sitting on a stool by the island. She leans up on the counter with her elbows.
She hums for me to keep going as she reaches for an orange in a basket.
"Do you know places Rhea likes to go or she has talked with you about?" Rhea and I have only been on one date and I'd like to take her on more to get to know her better.
"Oh yes! She's always talked about..."

I told my mom that Aaron was on his way. I heard the front door open but I don't know what's taking him so long to come to my room.
Easing myself away from a sleeping Mana, I open my closed door to walk into the kitchen.
Seeing my mom and Aaron in a small conversation I was about to turn back around but Aaron called for me.
"I'll let you two chat. I'm gonna get Mana and my things together" my mom said tossing her orange peels in the trash then walking to the guest room.
Aaron grabs my neck, not enough to hurt me but to get a firm grip then brings my face to him, "I missed you" he whispers in my ear. With just a swift movement he attaches his lips to mine as I moan at the intrusion. He moves his hand to my hip to bring me closer as I find myself on his lap.
"So *kiss* beautiful *kiss*" I blush as we pull ourselves away from each other.
"I have something for you later on" he said wrapping his arms around my waist securing me on his lap.
"And that is?"
"Not telling you because it's a surprise" I huff at his words.
"Fine. I'm going to take my mama and Mana to the airport in a few" I said fiddling with his shirt.
"I'll take them" he said.
"What? No it's okay I'll go. You don't have to".
"No I want to. And while I do that you'll be here getting dressed".
