Narrators POV:
A young man clad in formal attire strolled down leisurely on Sebastian's Boulevard.
The man was so lost in his thought that he didn't give a single damn about all the mud that by now covered his dress shoes.
After all, why would his attire matter to him now of all times?
Minutes passed by in relative silence as he avoided the pedestrians and bicyclists left and right.
As he vowed through the swarm of people, he finally arrived to the bland looking house decorated with yellow tape warning the passer-by.
He made his way around the building until he reached a nook that covered up his whole self.
There he gripped the broken window frame and hosted himself up.The still air was filled with the smell of urine and decay.
Some people would have hunched over the rusty railing from the smell to empty to content of their stomachs.
Truth be told, nausea had risen in him too as he stepped further inside. Then started to make his way down the corridor, with debris lining his trash filled path.
He knew that he has to continue on.
He must.
The scene in itself was nothing out of the ordinary, just a young man passing by starving, malnourished people with some of them being drunk off their asses from whatever cheap booze they were able to get.
Green eyes scanned the sea of people, searching for the man who matched the description that's still vivid in his mind.
Long blonde hair, a graying beard and a foggy gaze.
None.
There was no damn person who matched the image.
After scanning the whole building, peeking into every nook and cranny to find at least a sign of him, he decided to try his other option.
And so he did.
*Time skip of 20 minutes*
As he stepped off the trolley, he pulled his phone out and put the address in.
He made his way down countless alleyways until he ended up in front of the old, secluded building.
If I have to be honest, it was a rare sight for the handful of people that walked by.
A wealthy looking man standing in front of a homeless shelter.
The boy soon made his way past the receptionist and started his journey to the heart of the organization.
Upon reaching the queue a good 19 minutes later, he has finally found who he was looking for.
Just a little ways ahead, separated from him by a mere counter and a few people, the man he was searching for all this time was calmly pealing potatoes. He took a seat near a grease covered window and waited.
An hour later as the pale man finally hanged his apron up he approached him, hand in his pocket and asked to have a word with him.
'If my calculations are right, soon I'll have everything ready.'
This thought was only followed by one more that is true.'It's showtime.'
And with that, the mask was put on and the play began.
