As you were sleeping, you dreamed about your memories with Izana and Kaku. The scene was during your 16th birthday. It was the day that the hospital let you go out for the very first time without a nurse. You were still in a wheel chair and you had a nasal cannula in case you get difficulty breathing. You didn't mind any of these, you were just so happy that you're with the tow people you love.

Izana and Kaku took you to a park in Roppongi. It's the first time you've ever come this far from the hospital so you were so in awe of everything you're seeing. After getting out of the car, Izana looked at Kaku who nodded at him. The both of them arranged this place for you, they made sure that no one else will go here for the entire day. Of course since this is Roppongi, they had to ask for someone's help and that's no other than the Haitani brothers.

"Close your eyes." Izana said as he pushed you wheelchair to go inside the park.

"No peeking!" Kaku added.

"Alright!" You can't help but smile. 

When Izana then stopped and sat in front of you. He stared at your calm face as your eyes are closed "Okay you can open your eyes now."

It was so beautiful, even more beautiful than the gardens you've seen in the hospital. There were lots of flowers and trees. There was even a fountain. No one was around so you had the entire place to yourselves. 

"It's so beautiful here..."

"Of course, because you're here." Izana smiled. Kaku fake coughed which made him earn a glare from Izana.

Izana prepared a little picnic for you. The table was set with flowers and the desserts you love. A strawberry shortcake was in the middle with a heart shaped candle. Everything was so beautiful.

"Happy 16th birthday, my Queen." Izana whispered as he kissed your hand.

"Happy birthday!" Kaku greeted too as he smiled.

"Thank you so much, you guys are the best!"

Your tears started falling and you smiled wide. You're now starting to have difficulty breathing and so you put on the nasal cannula back. Izana helped you with the oxygen tank.

Izana squeezed your hand as he stared at you with worry.

"I'm alright, don't worry." you assured him and gave him a smile.

"You better be" Kaku added as he started putting desserts on your plate.

He was putting too much so you just placed the others on his plate as you giggle. Izana only stared at the both of you with loving eyes. He's just so happy that he got to spend this day with the people he loves dearly.

That night, Izana handed you a small white box before you go to sleep.

"It's our gift for you. We hope you'll love it."

"Thank you... I love it already thought because it's from you two." you smiled at him.

He chuckled and waited for you to open it. To your surprise, the box contained a necklace. The charm looked exactly like Izana's earrings the only difference was that it was smaller.

"It's.... it's the same as your earrings... it's so beautiful..."

Izana held your back gently as he helped you sit up.

"I'm glad you love it. Here, let me put it on you."

He put the necklace on you and smiled when he saw you wearing something from him and Kaku. To him, that necklace is a sign of your bond and that everybody will know that you are his Queen.
