"You look so beautiful." Izana smiled as he looks at you wearing the yellow dress he got you.
"Thank you." you said as you look at how beautiful the dress was. It was flowy and had little white flowers. It was both dainty and elegant.
Izana walked to you and held your waist as he leaned his forehead to yours.
"Why do you always look so beautiful, my Queen?" he asked.
You just giggled at him as you pinched his cheeks.
Today, Izana and Kaku will take you to Roppongi again for a stroll. Since they'll be busy tomorrow and the next few days, they decided to make this day special for you. They wanted to spend the entire day with you.
The Haitanis cleared the best garden in Roppongi for you. Izana let them come with you and so they will accompany you too. The both of them are already in there, preparing things and waiting for your arrival.
"Ran said they're all set." Kaku said as he cleared his throat.
Izana took the keys from his pockets and handed them to Kaku, as he held your hand.
You then felt a sharp pain on your heart, it was so sudden but you felt it. You got scared for a second so you excused yourself for a moment.
"Wait, I think I forgot something." you lied as you headed to the bathroom.
You took a deep breath and clenched your fists as it rested of the sink. The pain lasted for a few more seconds and then it disappeared like nothing happened. You calmed yourself and took a hair tie to pretend that it was what you forgot.
You took another deep breath before opening the door, a smile on your lips.
"What is it?" Izana asked
"Oh, my hair tie." you smiled as you showed him a black hair tie on your wrist.
Izana held your hand again so you relaxed your hands. The entire car ride, Kaku kept telling you things about how the Haitanis were desperately asking Izana to let them come too. You laughed and you can't imagine Rindou's begging face.
When the car stopped, Izana opened the door for you and held your hand as he walked you to the park. It was so beautiful. It was the same park where you spent your 16th birthday. But this time, the flowers were different, there were lots. It looked so magical, so unreal.
"It's even more beautiful now..." you said as you admired the place.
Ran and Rindou suddenly showed up as they handed you a bouquet of flowers.
"Welcome to Roppongi again, our Queen." Ran greeted.
"We hope you enjoy your stay." Rindou said.
You smiled at Izana and Kaku, and then at the Haitanis "Thank you so much... Thank you..."
They led you to a table in the middle of the flower garden that was intricately set. It looked so elegant, it matched the colors of the flowers.
"You guys did all this?" you asked.
"Yup! We have great taste and fashion sense, don't we?" Ran said proudly as he fanned himself.
"It was my idea." Rindou interrupted.
You and Kaku laughed as you watch the brothers argue about the credit. Izana was watching you with a smile on his face.
They prepared healthy meals and drinks for you to celebrate your recovery. They were all excited to finally have you with them everyday in Yokohama. Kaku told you each cafe and parks that you'll probably love there while the Haitanis kept saying that you should visit Roppongi weekly too. The three of them were bickering about who's getting to show you around when you finally get discharged.
Izana was silent the entire time, he'd only watch you talk to the three, with a smile on his face. He admires your eyes filled with excitement, your sweet smiles, and the way you tuck your hair behind your ear.
He would only ask you if you need anything from time to time. He put his arm around you, with his hands on your waist, holding you close to him. Izana was enjoying the sight of you being happy with your family. He's so happy to know that you are loved. He knew that right now, Kaku was probably thinking about the same thing.
The five of you watched the sunset there because it looked so beautiful. You leaned your head on Izana's shoulder while Kaku lied down beside you. You stayed there until the sun completely set before heading back to the hospital. The Haitanis followed too because they're going back to Yokohama with Izana and Kaku. Tenjiku will be busy for the entire week.
The entire car ride, you pretended to be asleep. Izana laid your head on his lap and brushed your hair as he hummed. This relaxed you so much, but at the same time, it almost made you cry. When you arrived, Izana carried you and laid you in your bed, tucking you in your blanket and gave you a forehead kiss.
"You are loved, my Queen. You are loved so much... So much more than you know..." He whispered.
Izana stayed with you for a few minutes before leaving. He didn't want to wake you up anymore so he just left you a note on the table and gave you another forehead kiss.
You waited for minutes to make sure that they're all gone. And when you heard nothing but silence, your tears fell down as you opened your eyes.
The pain on your chest started again now that you finally let it get to you.
"Why..." you whispered to yourself as you held your chest tight.
During your lunch date with Izana, you felt the sharp pain again. It lasted longer than before and you had to keep it in because you didn't want to ruin the day. They prepared everything as a celebration for your recovery and you didn't want them to know that you're sick again.
You cried as you saw a note beside your bed, it was from Izana. You took it and read what it says.
My Queen, I hope you enjoyed today. I didn't want to wake you up, I hope you don't mind. I'll come visit you again soon.
- Izana
You sobbed even more as you read Izana's name. You can't be sick again now. You just can't. Not right now that all of them are hoping to be with you. You cried the entire night as you try to think of what to do. You know that you just can't tell the doctor about this because she will tell Izana. But you have to or else it might get worse and you don't want to go back to that.
The very next morning, you tried to see if you're feeling better or not, before you tell the doctor. Sadly, you feel much more weaker compared to how you were yesterday. This time, the pain on your chest grew and affected you lungs and throat. That's it, you knew you had to talk to your doctor.
"You've been feeling like this since yesterday?" she asked as she checks my vitals.
"Yes, it started with a sharp chest pain but that only lasted for a minute. The later that day, it came back and never left."
"I see, that's not a good sign at all. Can you tell me every detail?"
You explained everything to her and you went through all kinds of tests and scans throughout the day. You even took another blood test too and you had to wear your oxygen mask again. As you were receiving your body scans, you held your doctor's hand as you looked at her with a smile.
"Can I ask you something?"
The doctor seeing how sad you eyes were, held your hand "Of course y/n..."
"Can you not tell them this yet? Not until we know what this is?"
The doctor hesitated because she also promised to Izana that she'd tell him every single detail about your condition. But your request wasn't actually about not telling them.
"Alright, we'll figure out what's going on first then we'll tell them."
You nodded as you closed your eyes to continue the tests. A part of you knew that this isn't something simple because there's this feeling that's foreign and it scares you. It scares you because you can't explain it but you had a clue of what it could be, though you keep denying it.
