You woke up the next day feeling a bit different. The pain was gone and your breathing was smooth and clear. You sat up and tried to feel anything but there was nothing at all. You smiled as you removed your oxygen mask and stand up to go and greet your doctor. You asked around but the front desk said she wasn't there yet. You got confused as to why she isn't here yet because she usually arrives before you even wake up. 

You went back to your room and sat down to write on your journal. The page opened to where Izana wrote, but you flipped it as fast as you can because you wanted to read it when you're in so much pain. You smiled and wrote the things that happened yesterday because you couldn't write at that time. 

A knock came to your door and the nurse came in to serve your breakfast. You got confused because she didn't have your morning medications with her, she only had the breakfast.

"Excuse me miss, I think you forgot my meds." you smiled at her.

"Miss, the doctor instructed me to not give you anything yet until she gets here." she showed you a message from the doctor. It was sent at 2am. 

"Did she tell you what time she'll arrive?" you asked.

"I'm sorry miss but this is the only thing she told me and the front desk." 

You nodded and dismissed the nurse as you ate your breakfast. It feels weird that you're not taking meds right now. You've been doing that routine for years so it felt so wrong. But a huge part of you was happy at how this is how you'll probably be soon when you move in with Izana and Kaku. You won't be needing any medicine at that time and it will feel like this, weird but happy.

it's already 11:00 am and the doctor still hasn't arrived. You're starting to get bored so you decided to take your journal and go stroll in the garden. As you're about to walk around the garden beside the visitor waiting are, you felt someone looking at you. You turned to your side and saw a guy in glasses, sitting in the visitor's bench, looking at you. You looked around you to see if he was staring at someone else but he was clearly staring at you. His stare felt weird and scary so you decided to just go to back to garden in the patient's ward. 

For some reason, that guy looked so creepy and it made you feel uncomfortable to a different extent. You sat there as you wrote things again. Little did you know that the guy from earlier, Kisaki was still following you. He's watching you quietly as he thinks that you'll be probably a hindrance to his plans with Izana. But as he looked at how fragile you are and he heard that you were sick, he knew that you'd probably die soon so he just left and let you be.

Izana on the other hand was busy killing the rats in Tenjiku, he beats them one by one in front of every member. He wants them to see what will happen to those who rats them out. 

"That's all you got?" he shouted sarcastically.

Kaku was standing there, watching the scene along with the other executives. The Haitanis are in awe of how drastic their King changes. He's like a switch. Shion whistled in amazement as he saw how brutal the King was. Koko was just staring at the scene with a bored face.

"Damn, he's a completely different person when he's not with our Queen." Ran whispered to his brother, Rindou.

"I kinda miss the hospital now, it's so boring here." Rindou confessed as he looks at Izana effortlessly beat the men to a pulp.

"Yeah, this week sucks he won't let us visit her." he sighed.

Izana finished killing the men so he motioned to the others to dispose the trash as he cleans his bloody hands with a cloth from Kaku. His cheeks also had stains of blood. He sat down on his spot as he crossed his legs, waiting for the other reports. 

"The deal was done, boss. Got them pay triple." Koko stuck his tongue out as he handed the briefcase of full cash to Kaku. 

"You all should do your job properly like Koko or you know what'll happen." Izana smiled maniacally as he rested his chin on his hands.

The deal was from a drug lord who asked to murder someone and Koko made the payment triple. Tenjiku is this kind of organization, brutal and ruthless, full of money and power. Izana did all this to give you everything. He wanted to be the strongest and the most influential to keep you protected and to give you everything in this world. That's what Tenjiku is for until Kisaki arrived and told Izana to defeat Toman too. 

"Yasuhiro Muto's here." Kaku informed Izana.

Izana held out his blood stained hand to welcome him and Sanzu Haruchiyo. He smiled at them with his eyes full of excitement.

"What a sight, Izana." Muto said as he saw his face and hands with stains of blood.

"You done with your job?" Izana asked.

Muto bowed with a smile, which made Izana's smile grow wider.

"What a great day!" Izana said as he laughed maniacally.

Everyone was shouting and cheering for their King as he was getting more and more powerful. Izana held out his hands again as he closed his hands, satisfied at everything Tenjiku is doing for him.

He is indeed the leader of the most powerful gang right now. He's doesn't just own Yokohama, he's got other cities under his feet too.

"Everyone's dismissed!" Kaku shouted.

The others stood up to leave, but some stayed. The Haitanis smirked as they stood up, they stayed along with Koko who's busy talking to Izana.

"Boss, things are going smoothly. Maybe we can visit now?" Ran teased.

They can't speak your name in Tenjiku because Izana wanted to keep you to himself until everything is settled. Besides, he didn't trust the other members, Kisaki and Hanma to be exact. Little did he know that Kisaki already knows you and had actually met you just earlier today.

"No." Izana answered.

"Sucks." Ran boringly said as he sat down beside Rindou.

"Told you he'd say no." Rindou whispered to his brother.

Koko was listening to them but he didn't have a single clue about anything the Haitanis were saying. He didn't mind though because he doesn't care.

"I'll visit next week." Izana said as he cleans his hands.

Kaku smiled as he looked at the Haitanis who's now both grinning.

"We'll come too, you can't stop us boss." Ran said as he stood and walked to his motorbike.

Koko was now curious when he saw Izana smile genuinely as he cleaning his blood hands.

"Where you goin boss?" He asked.

Kaku looked at him and then at Izana.

"We'll visit my Queen. You can come with us." He smiled as his eyes softened while thinking about seeing you again.

"The Queen..." Koko mumbled.

He has never seen Izana like this amd he never knew he had a Queen. He was about to ask more questions when Izana stood and left to go back to his penthouse. Kaku knew what to do so he stayed to brief Koko about things.

"You can't tell anyone else in Tenjiku. Boss doesn't want them to know her yet, rats are everywhere."

"Understood." Koko nodded as he saw how serious Kaku was.

"I'll send you the location next week, make sure you're not followed."

"Alright." Kaku nodded again, understanding the confidentiality of this.

He's still a little surprised at the fact that Izana still has heart. Remembering how he was a while ago, he can't believe that he's actually got a soft side. Even the Haitanis know about the Queen and they seem to admire her.

Koko stuck his tongue out in excitement as he walks to his motorbike. He can't wait to meet the Queen of Tenjiku, the most powerful gang. He's probably going to need to spoil you too, but it'll be fun because it's for Izana's girl.
