Your doctor has been monitoring you closely these past few days because you're now taking a different medication. It had a lower does compared to the ones you originally take. She decided to give you a lower dose because you're starting to get better. Your vitals are doing good, even your blood count is stable.

The Haitani's had been visiting your from time to time. It's their third time to visit you this week. Their first visit was two days after Izana left, they stayed with you for an hour as you strolled around the garden.

The second time they visited you was two days after that. You feel like they're busy people and that they had more important matters to attend to so you told them that it's fine if they can't come. You told them to visit you only once a week or even not all and you promised not to tell Izana but they kept coming.

Right now, Ran is out buying snacks while Rindou is watching you take your injected medications. It's his first time to see you take these up close and they kind of looked concerned. The needles were think and you were going to take that three times in a row.

You closed your eyes during the shot because the it stings a little.

"Hey, be careful." Rindou said as he was on the edge of his seat.

The nurse giving you the shots was pretty young and new to this hospital. She got pale and mumbled a sorry but you said it's natural for it to hurt.

You turned to look at Rindou and smiled at him. It was the first time he talked about something related to you. He had always been silent or he'd only talk to his brother during the visits.

"It's natural for it to hurt. Don't worry, Rindou. She's being as careful as possible." you assured him as the nurse slowly left the room right after the medications.

You moved the blankets away as you got up and tried to sit down. Rindou then panicked because he didn't know what to do and his brother isn't here.

"Wait!" he shouted then ran to you to assist you.

You giggled at him and just sat up on your own making him frown at you.

"Calm down, Rindou. I'm fine, look nothing hurts." you said as you smiled at him.

He sneered at you and sat back on his chair tapping his shoes because he's growing impatient for his brother.

After a few minutes, Ran came back with a bag of snacks. He bought lots because he said he forgot to ask what to buy.

"I don't usually buy snacks, let alone for a girl. So I just got sweet ones." Ran explained as he placed the snacks on a plate he asked from the nurse.

"It's fine, you didn't have to but thank you." you smiled.

Ran grinned like he was proud of himself and sat down to eat.

"You idiot." Rindou said to his brother as he stood up and went outside.

"What's his problem." Ran asked himself.

A few seconds later, Rindou came back with water bottles on his hands. He opened two water bottles and placed them on your table. Ran whistled at what his brother did making him earn a glare.

"I was going to do that. Where's mine?" Ran said as he was chuckling.

"Go get it yourself." Rindou said before drinking water.

"What the hell bro? I bought snacks?" Ram said as he looked at his brother who's now ignoring him.

You giggled at how cute their relationship is. You spent the day talking to Ran, asking him things about him and his brother, Roppongi, and Yokohama.

Ran almost told you things about Tenjiku but remembered that Izana clearly told them not to tell you anything regarding gangs and the likes.

When it was their turn to ask you questions, the first thing they asked was about how you and Izana met. They were curious about your relationship with him.

"He was the very first person I met after I lost my memories. He visited me everyday when I was in a coma. And when I woke up, he's the first person I saw. Since then, I became friends with him and Kaku."

"You lost your memories?" Ran asked with a confused face.

"What happened to you?" Rindou added.

"The doctor said I was taken from a failed operation at another hospital. They know nothing about me at all, but my name and my illness."

The brothers looked at you with pity so you smiled at them to show them you're fine.

"You have no family?" Ran asked.

You shook your head "Well, no one came looking for me. But that doesn't matter, I have Izana and Kaku now. They're my family and I love them so much..."

Ran's eyes softened as he smiled at you. Rindou's face was calm too. The both of them admired you since that very moment. They were amazed at how you were still cheerful despite your situation. During their visits, all you gave them was your smiles and your warmth.

The brothers felt like they were connected to you in some way. They see you as their little sister now.

"But don't you want to know if you have a real family?" Ran asked again.

"Izana and Kaku are the only family I've ever had and that's it. They're the only people I need. The only people I love." You smiled as you held the necklace Izana gave you.

It was true, you don't care if you really had a family before or what. You have Izana and Kaku and they're the only family you've ever know so you don't need anything else.

"That's right, let those assholes be. You have us now! Rindou and I will be your family too! We'll be a big family!" Ran smiled real wide as he reached to pat your head.

Ran's words surprised you. He said 'us' and that means he considers you as his family too. He looked genuinely happy too so you smiled at him and nodded.

Little did you know that Izana was outside the door listening to your conversation. His eyes are tearing up and a smile was on his lips as he heard the things you just said. Kaku was behind him, smiling too.

"Text the brothers we're here." Izana instructed Kaku.

Kaku nodded and sent the text to Rindou.

Rindou's phone vibrated, it was the text from Kaku. He stood up and showed his phone to his brother. Ran nodded and turned to you again.

"Because you've been a good girl these past few days, we have a surprise!" Ran said as he stood up.

The both of them stood to your side as the door opened revealing Izana and Kaku. They both smiled at you. You wanted to run to them but you forgot that you still can't walk properly yet.

"Izana! Kaku!" you exclaimed.

The brothers smiled as they saw you all excited about seeing your family.

"How's my Queen doing?" Izana smiled as he hugged you. He snuggled his face on your neck, smiling as your words were still on his mind.
