Chapter 6

AUTHORS NOTE: okay hi guys. This is my first authors note. I'm gonna try to update on every Monday and then whenever I have an extra chapter. Most chapters are gonna be in Bailee's point of view. I only started with shawn because it's about him moving to her school. Okay well peace out sweet potatoes

SHAWNS POV

It's halfway through September and Homecoming is 3 weeks away. I really want to ask Bailee. We have been hanging out like everyday after school since we met. Except for when she would hang out with her friends or when Nash and I would hang out. We were hanging out today after school to plan how I was going to ask her. It has to be something creative, Make her feel like a princess.

Nash and I met at our locker and headed out to my car. His parents wouldn't buy him a car because they didn't think it was necessary because he could take the bus and he could borrow there's.

"Okay Nash, the real reason I wanted to hang out."

"Dude what is it? Are you okay?"

"Oh yeah dude nothing serious. I just want to ask Bailee to homecoming."

"OHHHHH somebody has a cruuuusssshhhhh" Nash was making kissy faces as we went to pick Aliayah and Hayes up from the middle school.

We pulled up and Aliayah knew right where I was and Nash had to call Hayes. Hayes and Aliayah were getting along well. I guess they were becoming friends since they were in a lot of the same classes. (I know they are actually in different grades but it's a story, just pretend.) We dropped Aliayah off at my house and headed to Nash's.

"okay so you want to do something special and unique."

"Just like her." Nash rolled his eyes at me.

"That girl got you whipped Mendes. Get a grip dude."

"I know I know. She's just so different. I falling hard. It's never been like this." I got a feeling inside my stomach. Okay we need to get back on track.

"Let's get down to business."

"TOOO DEFEAT THE HANS" Nash screamed at the top of his lungs.

"Nash please be quit you making Charlotte mad." Sky said pointing at her horses.

"Sky why don't you help us real quick?"

"Okay Nash what do you need help with."

"What makes you feel like a princess Sky?"

"Um horsys and big dresses and tiaras and ice cream." We laughed at what she said.

"Thank you sky. Well maybe she wasn't the biggest help." Nash threw his hands up in the air and laughed it off

"Speaking of ice cream. Do you want to go get some."

"Well man I think you just red my mind."

And off we were to the ice cream parlor.

I ordered a bubble gum cone and Nash got Coffee ice cream.

"Hey well we eat this wanna go watch the soccer practice, It's at the high school at we are right by there"

"Dude calm down, you have only been away from her for like 5 hours."

"I know I know. but still come on."
He laughed and rolled his eyes.

We were standing on the track and I waved at Bailee. She waved back and finished her passing drill. She walked up to her coach and walked back to us.

"Hey why are you guys here?"

"We went to get ice cream and wanted to stop by and see you practice."

"What no ice cream for me"

"Sorry babe." Oh shit. Did I just call her babe. Oh no.

"Okay well I got to go practice. I would give you a hug but I'm all sweaty."

she grabbed my ice cream cone and licked it twice and gave it back.

"Dude again so whipped." Nash punched my arm. I don't care how whipped I am. She is worth it.

"Nash, I know how going to ask"
