Meet Luciana (Lucie) , full name Luciana May Mendez, born into a pretty broken family, all her parents wanted to do was drink booze and do drugs, having a kid was a burden to them both. The little girl didn't speak a word, she was always made to fee...
"Oh, your still here, and there was me thinking you were actually dead, my bad" Becky says rudely as she sees Lucie by her locker, she looks up at Becky, Tiffany and Poppy "just leave me alone" she says. Becky laughs "you should know its not that easy, why would we leave?" Becky then gets her fist and goes to punch Lucie in the face.
"You heard the girl, she said leave" another girl says with Blondy brown hair as she grabs Becky's fist, "I'm warning you, walk away now, you don't want to stick up for this loser" Becky says angrily. The girl then chuckles back "girl, your warning me, that's funny", Becky then snaps and lunges at the girl "right that's it". But suddenly Becky finds herself on the floor.
The girl then looks at Becky and says "now how about you and your minions fuck off", Becky looks at her two friends and then the three of them all walk off leaving Lucie alone with her saviour. "Thanks" Lucie says to the girl, she turns round and looks at Lucie and smiles "no worries at all" she then holds her hand out "I'm Brooklyn by the way"

Above is Brooklyn age 13, not as soft as she looks, favourite subject being dance, least favourite is maths. She can fight due to her older sister showing her how to stick up for herself, seeming as she works at a gym.
"My names Luciana, but everyone tends to call me Lucie" Lucie says as she shakes the girls hand, too which Brooklyn then jokes "well if that's the case then call me Brooke, that's what I prefer anyways". Lucie nods and smiles "well it's lovely to meet you Brooke, and thanks again, nobody has ever stuck up for me before", Brooke frowns and replies "well that's gonna change because starting from now, we are friends".
The two of them got to know each other more, they spoke about there families, there life, hobbies and lots of different stuff. Lucie was so happy to have a friend again but she was also scared, seeming as the lay friend she had, died saving her. The two was sat at a table in the canteen when Brooke noticed Lucie had gone quiet all of a sudden.
"Hey, you alright? you gone all quiet, did I say something wrong?" Brooke asks in concern, Lucie shakes her head and sighs as she opens up to her new friend, realising honesty was the best policy "it's just, the last friend I had, the only friend I ever had, he died 3 years ago". Brooke frowns and sympathetically replies "oh, I'm, I'm so sorry, how did he die, if you don't mind me asking?".
Lucie nods and tells her the story about that day and the fire and how her friend saved her by pushing her out the way. Brooke is left in tears after "gosh, that's so sad, I really am sorry, he seems like he was a truly great friend, I wish I had of met him", Lucie nods and smiles "he sure was, and he would love you, I know that for a fact".
At the end of the day the two friends were walking out the school when Brooke asks "so where you going now?", Lucie smiles and answers "I'm gonna head over to 21, just so my mom can see that I'm alright and all, you can come with me if you like, then maybe we could go and get something to eat". Brooke nods her head and then the two start walking to the district.
"Hey Trudy, is my mom here?" Lucie asks as she walks in and sees Trudy behind the desk, Trudy smiles back "ahh, hello Lucie, yes she is, I'll buzz you up" Luciana smiles back at her and thanks her, she and her friend then make there way up the stairs to the unit. When they get there Lucie is immediately greeted by everyone.
"Hi Mom" Lucie says as she walks to her mom, Hailey smiles at her and replies warmly "hi sweetheart, thanks for checking in, who's this?" referring to Brooke. Lucie then smiles widely and answers but mainly to everyone in the room who was also wondering "Oh right, this is Brooke, she is my new friend, she kinda saved my arse today".
"Language" Hailey says raising an eyebrow, Lucie chuckles "Sorry mom", Hailey then looks over at Brooklyn and holds out her hand "well it's lovely to meet you Brooke, I'm Hailey, Lucies mom, and thank you for helping her earlier, I'm assuming it's to do with that stupid girl again". Brooke and Lucie chuckle and answer in unison "yep".
"Not going to introduce me" Jay says putting his hand on his heart faking being offended, Lucie laughs and replies "Jay meet Brooke, Brooke meet Jay". Jay smiles and shakes the girls hand, he then whispers to Luciana "hey I need to have a word with you a moment, Break room", Lucie nods and the two then walk of into the break room.
"What's up Jay?" Lucie asks, Jay smiles and acts a bit awkward before he says "well, erm, I've been thinking, and well, I thought I'd ask you first, because if you say no, then I completely understand", Lucie laughs "get to the point already". Jay smiles awkwardly before he asks "would you be okay if I asked Hailey to marry me?".
Lucies eyes and mouth widen in shock, she then smiled widely as she squeals in excitement "oh my god, yes yes yes, this is awesome, definitely, of course I'm okay with it, you know I love you, and I know you love my mom". Jay smiles and hugs the girl he then jokes "guess you will have to get used to calling me dad too". The two then laugh.
Before Lucie heads back out she looks at Jay and says protectively of her mom "but Jay, if you break her heart I will break you" that leaves Jay a bit speechless but he also understood. Lucie then goes back to the others and hugs her mom and then says "right mom, well me and Brooke are gonna go her some food, ill be back for 6 don't worry".
Hailey stops her and says "wait, come here", Lucie stops in her tracks and walks back to her mom kinda worried they she had done something wrong but Hailey smiles and reaches into her pocket and then hands her some money "my treat, go have fun, call me if you need me" she says. Luciana thanks her and hugs her. As the two girls walk down the stairs Brooke asks "where too?", Lucie smiles "Mcdonalds"
