Chapter 30

No one's pov
Alex and Krist woke up at 11:38 am,their eyes puffy and red from crying so much.Krist's brain was working on overdrive,he was trying to figure out how to let Alex stay in America but all of his ideas were failing in his mind.they helped each other up,his bass was still on the floor.Alex gently picked it up and leaned it against the wall,they looked at each other.it was as if they were having a telepathic conversation,he gently grabbed her hand and rubbed it with his thumb.they left his room,their footsteps soft due to the carpeted floor and stairs.Kurt was sitting in the living room anxiously with Chad and Aaron,when they saw Alex and Krist they immediately got up.Aaron put his hand on Krist's shoulder while Chad hugged Alex,Kurt stood back.

"You guys hungry?"

Krist's parents were at Marie's place,trying to work something out,so the boys(and girl)were all alone.they all sat at the table quietly,watching Krist and Alex eat.Kurt was worried about his best friend,he's never seen him like this before.he didn't want to admit it,but it scared him.it was practically Jason all over again,feeling depressed out of nowhere and saying things that scared everyone.

Kurt wanted to say something but he was scared,scared that what he would say would hurt Krist or Alex.he exhaled,"Alex...if Nirvana ever went on a European tour,I promise that I will do everything in my power to make sure we fucking go to you."he said.Alex was shocked,she didn't know what to say."Really?"she asked,Kurt got up from where he was sitting and went around the table.he gently hugged Alex's head,"I fucking promise."he whispered.Alex began to tear up,she hugged him tightly."thank you...thank you..."she whispered,once in Italian and second in English.
