Alex's pov
"Pat did you bleach your hair?"I asked him curiously,his hair looked blonde even though it was black when I met him."Yup,"he replied,"do you like it?"he asked."It surprisingly suits you."i admitted,he laughed."Thanks Alex."he said,I smiled.ever since Pat joined the band we've immediately become friends,it's pretty cool actually."alright we're starting rehearsals now."Krist informed Pat,"duty calls."I joked.Pat laughed,Krist laughed as well.I guess I should explain what exactly is going on,huh?see.Pearl Jam was supposed to perform for MTV's Live and Loud event,but Eddie Vedder got sick.so he wanted Nirvana to do the performance instead.MTV wanted it in New York like their unplugged event,but Eddie insisted that it would be in Seattle.

so,now the guys were currently doing sound check and getting ready for the event.I walked towards Dave,who was testing out his drum kit."how are you feeling Dave?"I asked him,"pretty fucking pumped!"he exclaimed.I giggled,"did you have coffee?"I asked.he nodded quickly,I sighed and smiled.Kurt then began to test his mic,"I'm gonna go check on Kurt."i said.Dave quickly nodded again,I walked off to Kurt."hey Kurt,how-"he cut me off,"I'm fine Alex."he quickly responded.I didn't say anything,somethings off about Kurt and I know exactly what it is:Courtney and heroin.I've been trying to schedule an intervention for him but each attempt has failed,"I'm uh...gonna go look for Frances."I said."ok."was all Kurt said,i gulped.

I walked off,letting the guys rehearse while I looked for Cali and Frances."Alex!"I heard Cali say,I turned around and saw him waving at me.I smiled and walked towards him,"hey Cali,heya beanie!"I greeted him and Frances."how are the guys?"he asked me,"Krist,Dave,and Pat are fine."I replied."and Kurt?"he asked,I didn't speak.he sighed,"look,I know I probably shouldn't be the one to tell you this but...they've been fighting a lot."he confessed.I looked at him,concerned."Cali...at this point I don't know what to do."i said,"an intervention,it's what you gotta do Alex because if I'm being honest I don't know what to do either."he replied.I sighed,"it's our only option,"I looked at him."Isn't it?"he nodded.
