The trial was long,I mean I don't know what I expected really.Kurt's basically fighting Courtney,but lucky for him he had an sorts of evidence against her.even Frances' nanny Cali testified against her,so not only was Kurt going to win this trial but also the second trial.I'll admit I was a bit nervous about whether or not he'd win that one,but Courtney was the one who was on heroin when she gave birth to Frances so it was obvious who was winning that one."god,"Dave undid his tie and threw it into a trashcan,"after all that I need a smoke."he groaned."same."Pat said,lifting up his sunglasses and resting them on his head.unlike the rest of us,Pat was wearing a more stylish suit(which I didn't mind,he looked absolutely stunning).
"I knew this would happen,"I said,"which is why I brought this."I held up a bag."what's in it?"Pat asked curiously,"anything I need for a Nirvana emergency,"I began to explain.I took out two cartons of cigarettes and handed them to Pat and Dave,"thanks."Pat said.Dave grabbed the bag from me,"man there's all sorts of stuff in here!"Dave exclaimed as he dug through.Pat chuckled,"you really thought of everything huh?"he asked.I smirked and crossed my arms,"please,I've been with the band since 1989:I know everyone like the back of my hand."i said."ooo!cupcakes!"Dave exclaimed as he held one up,"Dave that's for to-"but before I could finished my sentence he unwrapped the packaging and ate one cupcake.I sighed in disappointment,"I guess you can have one."Pat laughed.
