Chapter 27 ~ The Reunion

Severus looks up from his desk at a very angry Draco, he then quickly stands up and walks over, "Draco, are you ok? Sit down."

"No, you need to come to the Manor now."

"I can't at the moment Draco, I have to fini-"

"Hermione was captured by Scabior and Grayback."

Severus looks at him shocked, "What?"

Draco looks to the floor ashamed, "Astoria and I only found out she was there when we heard screaming... Bellatrix got a hold of her."

Severus looks at Draco full of anger, "Let's go."

Draco nodded and within an instant they were back in the Manor. Draco looked back at him, "She is sleeping in Astoria's room right now, want me to wake her up?"

"No, I'll let her rest. Tell me everything that happened."

"I don't know what happened before Astoria and I showed up. But, Scabior had her pinned on the floor kissing on her neck. I saw Bellatrix holding a knife that was bloody... when I looked Hermione over after everything... it seemed Bellatrix carved into Hermione's arm."

"Take me to them."

Draco and Severus march through the Manor into the main room where everyone still was. Without a warning, Severus had his wand out and attacked Scabior. Scabior flew through the air into a brick wall nearby. Severus walked towards him and looked at Bellatrix, "I'll deal with you in a moment." He then walks up to Scabior stepping onto his chest pinning him down.

Scabior threw his hands up and nervously chuckles, "Look... Sev... I didn't know she was your lady... she didn't tell me.... I just knew she was a mudblood."

Severus kicked him in the face causing Scabior to grab his face in pain, "Do not call me Sev! Do not call my wife a mudblood! How dare you put your hands on her! Your lips!"

Severus starts to kick him in the side more until Draco runs up and grabs onto him, "Severus stop!" Severus turns and looks at Draco almost in tears. Draco nods, "I know... but you have to calm down or you'll kill him."

Severus nods before looking at Bellatrix who looks at him with a smirk. Severus then walks up to her inches away from her face, "What did you do to my wife?!"

"You mean that filthy little mu-"

Severus puts his wand to her throat, "Don't you dare."

Bellatrix scoffs, "Nothing bad, she's alive, isn't she?"

Draco walks up to her, "Nothing?! You carved the word mudblood into her arm!"

Severus get fueled with more anger as Bellatrix cackles. Severus aims his wand at her, ready to do the unforgivable when all the sudden a sweet innocent voice brings him back too, "Severus?"

He lowers his wand and turns, as does everyone else in the room. Hermione was standing there in the doorway with Astoria at her side, holding her up. He quickly runs over and pulls Hermione into his arms, "Hermione, are you ok my love?"

Hermione starts to cry. "I've missed you so much."

Severus kisses her on the forehead and hugs her, holding him close to himself, never wanting to let go again. Draco walked up to Astoria, and they held onto each other. Soon clapping echoed through the hall, everyone turned and looked at Voldemort. Severus snarled, "You're clapping?"

Voldemort smirks, "Why of course, my favorite couple are together again."

"Yeah, after your hooligan sexual assaulted her and your whore branded her!"
