After a few days of walking, we arrived at the main road of the Hidden Cloud. I felt like somebody was watching us, and I eyed Tenzo. He nodded and walked besides the Hokage. I stayed behind a little to sense how many were ahead. "We got company," I whispered as I took my bandages off, "six of them, two on the left and four on the right."
"Stand down," the Hokage said when she saw I had taken my bandages off, "we are not here to fight."
I nodded, and as soon as I took one step forward a kunai came flying in my direction. I summoned a shuriken and deflected the kunai, "I think you should tell them that," I said drawing my swords.
"Izumi stand down," the Hokage demanded.
I took deep breath and put the swords back, "my lady they obviously don't trust us," I told her.
"We trust her," a voice came from behind me, "the one we don't trust here is you, you Uchiha bitch."
I turn around and saw a woman in AMBU uniform standing a few feet away. "I would choose your next words carefully if I was you," I told her unimpressed.
"We are here for the kage summit, let us through or else I will inform the Raikage of your insolence," the Hokage said.
"You four may go," the woman said, "but this bitch stays here."
"Izumi is my personal guard, and she comes with me," the Hokage said.
"We have orders to kill anyone with that crest on the spot," a man said from a tree near us, "that includes your guard."
"If you so much lay a finger on her or any of my companions, there will be a war, but between our nations," The Hokage warned.
"That is fine by me," the woman said, "I never liked you Leaf shinobi anyways."
"Stand down" a voice came from the side of the road. It was the Raikage's personal guard, Darui. "Forgive us Lady Hokage, we didn't know you were bringing an Uchiha along," he said looking me from head to toe.
"Is there a problem with that?" the Hokage asked.
"No, not all," he said then turned to face me. "I do have to warn you, everyone here, including me, is going to be watching you. The moment you show that Sharingan of yours you will regret it," he said with a smirk.
I turned to face the tall, dark-skinned man, "what are you going to do?" I teased, "are you going to kill me?"
He looked down at me and gave me a flirty smirk. "As much as I would love to put my hands on you," he said leering me, again. "It would not me, now follow me, please."
"Idiot," Tenzo said walking next to me. "If I didn't know any better I would think he has a crush on you."
We walked past the woman in the AMBU uniform, and I could feel her eyes on me. "I will see you again, and when I do I will kill you," she shouted behind us, "then the Black Leaf will be no more."
Tenzo realized how much it bothered me, and he looked at me. I smiled at him letting him know I was fine. I moved my head just so I could see her from the corner of my eye. "Well get in line, because just like you there are thousands more who want me dead," I said with a smirk in my face.
We walked towards the main building, and I could see all the eyes on me. I walked unbothered, I see those same eyes in my own village, and I learned to ignored them. We followed Darui to the main hall, where the Kazakage, Mizukage, and the Raikage along with their guards were. The only one missing was the Tsuchikage. Most of them look at me in discontent, Temari and Gaara smiled.
"You had to bring her?" the Raikage asked the Hokage.
"Of course, she is my personal guard," she told him. "And she is the wife of the future Hokage, so get used to her Raikage," she said eyeing Darui, who just looked away embarrassed.
