Kakashi POV

The whole point of the five Kage summit was for us to meet the new Raikage, Darui. I was not trilled and for once I was glad Izumi wasn't here. We started discussing the adding other lands to be part of the five great nations but like always no one was ready for that. I was just watching everyone argue and discuss their reasons why we should stay a five nation only.

"Are we boring you Hokage?" Darui had the nerve to ask.

"No of course not," I said with a smile, not that they could see it but I did anyways. "I just think that adding other nations to this alliance will not only be beneficial for trading but to ensure peace as well."

"I agree," Gaara said from the other side of the table.

"We should all take this into consideration for our next summit," Mei said looking at me with her flirty smile like always. A familiar chakra caught my attention I looked towards the wall where the portal appeared. Everyone got ready to attack when Sasuke walked out searching for some one with his eyes. Immediately, all the Kage guards rushed in the room breaking the door open.

"What is the meaning of this?" Darui shouted.

Sasuke looked directly at me, "It's Izumi," he said in a pained tone. I felt the air leaving my lungs and my heart sinking deep in my stomach. Without thinking about it I rushed through the portal, followed by Shikamaru. "Naruto, Sai, let's go," Sasuke shouted behind me.

I came out in the hall of the Leaf hospital and I rushed looking for her through the halls. "Kakashi," Genma called from a room, he was holding Ichiro in his arms.

"Dad," Ichiro immediately rushed and hugged me, he was sobbing uncontrollably, "I killed mom, I killed her."

Izumi POV

I opened my eyes slightly and immediately closed them as I saw a bright light coming from somewhere. I was so tired I just wanted to sleep, then I heard his voice. "Mom, come on wake up," Ichiro, I thought, "you been sleeping for ever, we are worried." Right away I tried to open my eyes but the light was blinding me, so I lifted my hand instead and a strong grip took it. I blinked a couple times and there he was, Ichiro was seating on my bed next to me and Kakashi in the chair on the side. "Mom you are awake, finally," Ichiro smiled that smile that reminded me of him.

I smiled back and I tried to talk but my throat was extremely dried it hurt, "hi", was all I could manage to say.

"Ichiro go call aunt Shizune or aunt Sakura," Kakashi said still holding my hand, "How are you feeling?" he asked.

"Hungry," I whispered and he laughed. Shizune walked in and smiled when she saw me, she checked me and and wrote stuff down on a chart. The whole time she looked at me then looked at Kakashi without saying a word. "Wh- what?" I asked them sort of worried and Kakashi took a deep breath. He grabbed my hands and placed them in my stomach

"what do you sense?" he asked and I gasped when I felt it.

"What?" I whispered and felt my heart beat faster and faster, I looked at Kakashi and he had a big smile visible over his mask.

"We are going to be parents again," he whispered as he leaned closer and kissed my forehead. I felt tears leave my eyes, I was in complete shock.

"You are about seven weeks pregnant," Shizune said, "you been unconscious for more than a week." She looked at Kakashi, "she will stay here for another week so we can keep an eye on her and the baby."

"baby?" I whispered "a baby?" I looked at them terrified and Kakashi noticed that. He reached for my hand and kissed it, but I could tell my tone bothered him. Shizune left and I could feel the tears leave my eyes.
