The first thing in the morning Y/N heard was a faint sound of laughter, muffled by the walls. She opened her eyes, groaning a little at the light.

Who invented bedrooms with the windows to the east?

One look at the phone told her that it was still early. She had some time before Bokuto would come here to get her. Following the sounds, she creeped out of the bed and unlocked her door. The faint chime of chatter and laughter was coming from the bathroom.

She squinted her eyes, just like that one thing would help her hear them better.

She tried to guess who was in there, so she could catch the person after the shower and ask whatever questions she had. But surely, there were a couple of men in the bathroom, judging by different voices speaking at the same time.

"I heard of perverts peeking inside the bathroom, but trying to eavesdrop is a whole new level."

She nearly squeaked when she heard a familiar voice next to her, her body reacting on its own when she jumped and turned around to the owner, almost smacking him in the process. A relief washed over her when she saw familiar, chocolate brown eyes smiling at her.

"Damn, you scared me." She put her palm over her chest to ease her racing heart.

Terushima chuckled, tilting his head in rather cute way, eyes not leaving her face even for a split of a second.

"So, will you tell me what you wanted to hear from the bathroom?" His question wasn't supposed to sound mean, but Y/N felt nervousness creeping over her stomach.

"Actually, I was hoping to catch you." She admitted, her eyes dropping to the side.

She didn't want to see that cocky smile that surely would appear on his face, but she could hear it in his voice when he whistled shortly. "What is it? You wanted to see for yourself how that piercing feels?"

She rolled her eyes playfully, trying not to get irritated at the man. "I just wanted to ask something. And I was hoping you would answer me truthfully."

Her conversation with Bokuto didn't help. At all. It only confused the girl even more, making her thoughts a tangled mess. It seemed like people were just giving her the pieces of truth, not saying anything clearly.

Terushima looked at the towel in his hand, but after two seconds he nodded, his smile dropping to reveal the seriousness in his features. "Do you want to go inside?" He pointed at her room with his chin and Y/N stepped aside to let him in.

Her hand wavered when she was closing the door, that nervous feeling taking its place in her stomach again.

Terushima sat down on the chair and looked at her with questioning look. Taking a long breath, the girl sat down across him on the bed.

"I want to know everything." She said, looking at his face.

At first the corners of his mouth dropped, but just a second later he chuckled, looking at her with an amused expression. "Honey, I also want to know everything."

She didn't fall for that, looking at the man with expectant eyes. He sighed, leaning back on the chair, and moving his feet to turn it to the side, then back in a slightly nervous manner. His eyes were plastered to the ceiling when he bit on his lip, wondering what he should tell the girl.

"You know what I mean." She said, following his movements with her eyes.

Terushima pursed his lips but looked at the girl again. "What exactly do you want to know?"

She was thankful. For the fact that he didn't try to make things sexual as Bokuto did. And that he acted like he wanted to answer her questions.

"What is happening here? Why almost everyone treats me like I'm a game they want to finish?"
