Plot: Ultron happened, but that was ten years ago rather than two. Wanda was 18 when it happened. Hulk did not jump onto the ship; Natasha managed to calm him down before then.
Civil War happened two years after that, and rather than split up, the Avengers stayed together, although there was some hostility between Cap and Tony after that.
Bucky was recently unfrozen after Shuri figured out a way to get Hydra out of his head. He and Wanda are now together.
Vision went missing on a mission (though it is believed he was killed) and they still haven't found him. What they don't know, however, is that Thanos found him and now has the Mind Stone.
