Sa unang tapak ng aming mga paa sa lugar na ito ay walang kahit anong salita ang namutawi sa aming mga bibig. Malamang ay nabigla din sila sa bumungad sa amin.
"They are expecting us." Greg broke the ice.
"But I don't think there's anyone here." Lucas said and he started walking around the area.
"We shouldn't fear them. Let's roam around the place and find out what they have further prepared for us." si Xavier.
"Yes. But let's be careful still." Xanthal said and we all nodded at her.
Umalis na rin ako sa aking kinatatayuan at nagsimulang tumulong na libutin ang lugar.
Una kong tiningnan ang pinakamalapit. Ang lugar kung nasaan ang banner na unang-unang sumalubong sa amin kanina. May parang mesa dito na tila isang reception lobby ang style pero purong puti ang kulay. I went into the other side of it to look for the table's compartment if ever. And there, I found some documents that maybe a great help for us.
Kinuha ko ang isang folder dito at tiningnan. The cover of it made me furrow my brows.
Nakasulat dito ang pangalan ng kanilang organisasyon na UrsaMinor at may tila simbolo na nagpagulo sa aking isipan at nagpabilis ng tibok ng aking puso.
The symbol was like a diamond with a tail.
And that symbol was so familiar to me.
"What was that, wife?" Nabigla ako nang magsalita si Xavier sa aking gilid. Nakatingin siya sa folder na aking hawak.
"I don't know..." sagot ko.
"Let me take a look of it, then."
Kukunin na niya sana sakin ang folder ng bahagyang ilayo ko ito sa kanya.
"Can I ask something first?" tanong ko.
"Sure, what is it?" He looked at my eyes.
I pointed my finger at the symbol I saw on the folder. "Do you know what does this mean?"
Hindi na siya nag-isip pa bago sumagot sa akin na tila alam na alam niya kung ano 'yon.
"That's the symbol of their organization. All their members has that kind of tattoo at their lower backs." he answered.
"Is this what's you're looking for when you checked if Celeste's part of them?" muling tanong ko, nakatitig sa mga mata niya.
"Yes. It is."
'What if I tell you that my parents have that tattoo?'
"Why? What's the matter, wife?" nagtatakang tanong niya sa'kin.
"Xavier..." I trailed off. I don't wanna lie to him, I don't wanna keep a secret to him. So, I'll tell him the truth.
"Hmm?"
"Xav!"
Parehas kaming napalingon kay Greg nang bigla niyang isigaw ang pangalan ni Xavier. May hawak siyang maliit na bagay at pinapakita ito sa amin.
"I found the tracker." he said when he have gone close to us. "They really left it to trap us."
"But, what are they planning? Do they have another purpose of trapping us here?" tanong ni Xavier ng nakakunot ang noo.
"Eros, Halley, Greg! Let's all went out of here!"
Kay Lucas naman kami lumingon nang malakas siyang sumigaw. He was running swiftly along with Kiefer and Xanthal.
