Jennie wiped the small drop of blood from her lips and fixed her worn out leather jacket. It was common for her to get into a fight but this time she didn't let it go and exchange fists until he verbally called for mercy.

Of course she didn't continue after he gave up. It's not like she wanted to beat up this random boy she doesn't even know. She just wanted to teach him a lesson and if necessary intimidate him.

She overheard how he spoke badly about Jisoo, so she had to show him not to mess with her before he would try.

It seems like he understood the message as he limped away.

Jennie scoffed, hopefully he really understands and she won't see him and his friends again, on the school yard.

《J beat up Annoying Boy》

《+1 XP》

"Tough fight?"

Jennie heard a familiar voice behind her and sighed.

"Not really. He was just bigger than me."

Jennie shrugged, turning around and facing her friend and co- and final member of the gaming club, Somi.

"Acting like a badass." Somi grinned, pulling out a wet wipe that she gave Jennie to clean her face with.

"What?" Jennie asked, not having heard her.

"Ah sorry." Somi walked around her and went to her left side. "Forgot you are deaf on your right ear."

"It's fine. Sometimes I forget myself." Jennie swatted off.

"How was the competition?" Somi asked.

"It went all right. Lisa took your place. She is joining our club by the way." Jennie explained.

"Oh, did she?" Somi laughed. "Didn't think she'd be interested."

"She isn't, but she is interested in Chaeyoung." Jennie snorted a laugh.

"The same way you weren't really interested either, but you are interested in Jisoo?" Somi wiggled her eyebrows, her tone teasing.

Jennie winced, being taken aback by the sudden attack. "You little..." She murmured under her breath, making Somi laugh.

"Tell her you coward!" Somi chuckled.

"I won't. Jisoo is too good for me." Jennie scoffed.

Somi gave her a disappointed look and sat on a bench, patting it so Jennie would join her.

"Is that what you really think or are you just scared she will reject you?" Somi's eyebrows moved.

Jennie frowned, not responding to that question. She just grumbled words under her breath and played with the hem of her jacket.
