It's been a few days since they lived together. They regularly went out to walk Dalgom and Kuma (yes they were allowed to take back Jennie's dog) and pick up some breakfast in the morning.
After going to Dunkin' Donuts, the two ordered two Big N Toasted sandwiches, Iced Tea and Hash Browns. They walked out to a park, sitting on the blue wooden bench as they relaxed and took in the warmth, fresh wind and chirping of the birds.
Jennie opened her lips slightly, Jisoo got the clue and lifted her Ice Tea to let Jennie drink from the straw. She had the exact same drink, yet she insisted on drinking from Jisoo's anyway.
This is why Jisoo always orders double when they go out. Even when Jennie claims she is not hungry and wants nothing, she ends up nibbling from Jisoo's order anyway.
Jisoo hasn't touched her games since yesterday, this is already big for her. Not even MapleStory or Cookie Run or her phone were opened by her. Of course it was more important to be with Jennie during this time but that wasn't all to it.
Honestly, Jisoo couldn't stop thinking about her. Currently she had no thoughts about how to raid a certain dungeon but about how pretty Jennie is when she smiles and that she wants to make her feel happy enough to laugh freely.
"Chu?" Jennie called her out, waving her hand before her face.
"Yes?" Jisoo blinked.
"Did you even listen to what I was saying?"
"Hm?"
"So no." Jennie clicked her tongue.
Jisoo's ears turned to a faint red shade, she appeared a bit flustered which caused Jennie to stare at her questioningly, her eyebrows rising.
"Well, I just said Sunmi messaged us in the club's group chat." Jennie repeated.
"Oh, really? What did she say? She didn't spam us with pictures of her nephew again, did she? There's no way an of us would go to prom with him-"
"No, no." Jennie laughed lightly, that sound quickly turned Jisoo silent. She stared at her, filled with adoration.
"She totally gave up on that. Although I feel bad he doesn't have a date. So maybe I should-"
"No!" Jisoo interrupted a bit too strongly which definitely shocked the other.
"I-I mean," The raven tried to backtrack as her face went full on red and she felt her stomach churn. "He's not even your type." She snorted, crossing her arms, her eyes not meeting the feline ones.
She still could see her grin from her peripheral vision and her voice also confirmed that she felt confident.
"You know what's my type?" Jennie poked her cheek.
Jisoo pulled away, feeling her face flush and the spot she just touched was burning. Clearly Jennie was confused by the reaction and the smile fell from her face.
