"Keichi. Where were you? What happened?"

I started a sudden Undertale phase in the span of 24 hours. Now it's been 2 weeks since it started.

"How did you get to this phase?"

All I'm going to say is, from time and time again, I've always stated that I love families and 'siblings'.

So you can probably guess how I got into Undertale. Lmao 👏

But anyways, there's going to be a bit of a change for this book.

From now on, I'll be trying to focus on the hermits and the kids' relationships in less angsty ways possible.

Fluff filler chapters everyone!! 👏

So heads up if you're more into the lore and storylines rather than filler or slice of life nonsense.

--Grian’s POV--

*Bzzzzzzt*

*Bzzzzzzzt*

I groaned as the ringing sound from below my pillow echoed through my head. My wonderful dreams finally parted once I had a proper idea of reality. I jumped up from my bed, scowling to no one but that gosh darn communication device's alarm that should've been set off at 7 am instead of 4:43 am in the morning!

*Bzzzzt*

*Bzzzzzt*

*Bzzzzzzzt….. *

Ahhh. The ringing died. Good.

My  head turned back at the extra bed connected to mine. The two sleepy figures somehow slept through the noise. Despite my lack of energy, I felt myself consciously smirking at the two. Rendog, still giving justice to his name, curled up like a little puppy in the blanket. Meanwhile, Scar’s just sprawled at the foot of the bed, leaving Jellie to occupy his previous side of the bed.

I could fix Scar's position… but Nahh. Too sleepy. Bad example of a parental figure. I know.

But because of my guilt tripping heart, I mustered all the energy to get out of the mattress and turned to the corner of the bed. As I carefully lifted the kid's body, I winced at the sudden ringing noise in my head, dropping poor Scar back to the mattress.

"Ohhh sh-sugar." The dang communicator is ringing again.

"Mmm' sleepy.." a young voice groaned, glaring weakly at me.

"Sorry Scar," I whispered, brushing his head before marching aggressively to my bed. I swear if that alarm sets off early again, that thing will feel the ringing pain of silence!...

Ohh..

I felt my expression softened once I took a proper look at the bright screen before me.

It wasn't my alarm, it was a call. A call from Zedaph, no less. I decided to accept it.

*Bzzzzt*

*Bzzzzz-*

"-llo? Hello? Grian?"

I sighed deeply. "Zed, it's 4:46 am. What is it?" I grimaced from the uncharacteristic harshness of my voice.
