MARINETTE
I wanted her so bad. Everytime I looked at her, I just wanted to kiss her. But getting her would cost me my future. So, I will stay with Adrien, even if I'm unhappy.

I ran home, hugging myself with tears streaming down my face. Kagami was right. I didn't love him.

I wanted to run back to Kagami and just tell her how much I loved her instead.

I creak open the door to the bakery and slowly step up the stairs leading to my home, then eventually my room.

I immediately go onto my balcony and stare just beyond the forest I ran from.

I couldn't see her house, but I knew it was there.

I sit on the lounge chair and let my emotions get the most of me. The stars sparkled on top of my glistening tears.

I take a deep breath, and then another, and just let my body lay in pure emptiness.

A sound coming from beneath my balcony is heard and I look down to see Kagami looking up at me with a gentle smile.

"Seems as though I'm not the only person who has a problem with this," she crosses her arms with a sad smile.

I stare down at her, considering throwing my glass table at her, but tears drop instead. "If you're here to make fun of me, go away."

"Let me up," she orders, placing her hands on her hips.

"Get yourself up here," I roll my eyes and go back to my lawn chair.

"Okay," she says out of sight. All of the sudden, the sound of a ladder clatters against the brick and I hear her taking steps.

She arrives at the top step, and lifts her legs over the railing.

My eyebrows turn as she walks towards me. "How d-" Her lips press against mine, interrupting my question.

Her hand holds my jawline as her thumb rubs my wet cheek. My heart smiles, and so does my mouth.

She parts from me, and smiles back. "Is he really worth it?" Kagami stands in front of me, still holding my face.

No.

"Let's not talk about him," I shove myself back onto her, my lips forcing themselves onto hers, and she gives in almost immediately.

My hand leads her to the trap door and we fall right onto my bed.

My hands pin her underneath me and I sheepishly grin at her, knowing what's about to happen.

KAGAMI
I wake up to the sound of a person humming, and the smell of burning hair.

Adjusting my eyes to the setting, I catch a glimpse of Marinette playing with her hair in her mirror. "What's going on...?" I mumble.

"School, silly," she giggles.

I blink my eyes awake and start to panic. "School? Why didn't you wake me up?" I throw the blanket off my body and hurry down her steps.

"You looked so peaceful," she smiles, applying some lipgloss.

"Well, it won't be peaceful when my mother comes storming in your house looking for me!" I yell, rumbling through some clothes on the floor looking for mine.

And, upon my predictions, a doorbell rings out from underneath the floor.
