after a month of living on earth, y/n has began to feel comfortable on earth and knows how to act like one

as of right now, this marks a month and 3 days on earth and people have surprisingly started to put up christmas decorations

it is another 22 more days but seeing how kids were happy about the christmas decorations, this made y/n smile and her day brightens even more

it was around 8 at night when she took strolls around the streets and while she was taking strolls she saw a pale looking man who had a t-shirt and shorts on with no jacket on

thinking that the person was weird, she went up to him and asked him about some things

"hey.. aren't you cold?"

y/n asked him, worries about him getting frostbites from the sudden drop in temperature at night

"then what about you? you are wearing a thin jacket that barely makes you warm"

the guy shot back at her which made her flustered at the sudden shot at her and did not reply him for a while

being the kind soul she is, y/n sat beside him as he was watching kids decorating their houses with christmas decorations

after a few minutes, the guy spoke again which only brought a shock to y/n by the sudden conversation because she thought that he doesn't want to talk at all

"why are you still here? don't you have other things to do than to sit beside me and looking at those kids?"

he asked y/n which made her pursed her lips, not knowing how she should reply him with respect still in her tone

this is the first time y/n has ever encountered such an introverted person because back in the fairy realm, everyone was very welcoming and the vibe was bright and lively

unlike this situation she is stuck in, the vibe here is very cold and awkward, tension gradually growing out of nowhere

"aren't you gonna reply me or what? this will make me think that you are here to make a fool out of yourself by sitting beside someone who is not even recognised by anyone"

he said which cause her eyes to bulge out of her sockets

'no! i mean... i'm here because i thought of accompanying you because you seem lonely and that your looks somehow make me feel like you dreaded to get out of the house"

y/n replied politely and shyly because she didn't know what else to say to him

"you know... you are right. i really dread to get out of my house because the moment i get out of my house, i feel like i am here just to make myself look like a total fool because instead of being out, i got better things to do"

upon hearing him, y/n started to randomly draw conclusions that he is not human

'but if he is human... he shouldn't be acting like this right? calm when every human is freezing and wrapping themselves in layers of clothes'

y/n thought and that caused her to look at his skin and saw that he has very pale skin which is very unlikely of a human having such skin colour

'pale, porcelain-like skin and his hair is also unusually white. is he is winter god? no y/n! what nonsense are you thinking!'

y/n mentally debated if she should ask such things to a stranger whom she just met

"what are you thinking about? you seem very deep in thought about something"

the stranger blurted out, making y/n snap out of her day-dreaming phase and unknowingly, she asked him something she told herself not to

"excuse me? by any chance, do you believe in gods and stuffs?"

this made the stranger look at her in shock, not knowing what to do at such a question, also afraid of letting others find out his true identity

"i... i have to go now. thank you for your what-so accompany with me"

with that, he rushed off to who knows where
