"Alex what do you want" I snap
"You two can't keep it in your pants for one case?" She sneers. My patience is wearing thin...really thin.
"Can I help you" I repeat
"I need to talk to you....alone" she mumbles.
I groan, "Alex, please whatever you need to say-" she cuts me off.
"No. Y/n please I only need a minute" her voice becomes softer. My scowl turns into a softer frown and I nod.
"I'll meet you in your room in a minute"
Alex closes the door as my eyes meet Emily's
"You're kidding right?" She raises her eyebrow.
"It's just a conversation, I'll be back in a couple minutes" my voice is a bit higher than usual due to the nervousness I have about what's in store for me with Alex.
"I swear to god, if you aren't back in five minutes I'm coming to get you" Emily huffs as I close the door behind me.
I knock on Alexs' door and she's quick to open it.
   "Come in" she motions.
   "What is it?" I ask.
"What does she have that I don't?"

"What?" I questioned, part of me in disbelief, and the other just needed her to spell it out for me.

"What is it about her that has you down so bad? What does she have that I don't?"

"Alex, I've been in love with Emily long before we met. It's not that she has more than you, it's just, it's, it's......it's her."
"yeah, I've gathered that" she mumbles as her eyes remain glued to the ground.
"You can't be mad at me for-" she cuts me off as she raises her head. I can see the tears forming in her eyes.

"Do not tell me what to feel Y/n. You hurt me and as far as I can tell it doesn't seem to phase you"

I stand there practically speechless. I feel bad for Alex, I never intended to hurt her like this.

" You're right. I'm sorry. You have every reason to be upset, but, Alex, I am sorry. Truly, I never wanted to hurt you like this, you-you're wonderful, but you deserve someone who isn't in love with someone else."

"Why did you even go out with me in the first place?" she barked.

"I-I, because you're charming and attractive and..I don't know I guess I wanted to get to know you" my voice began to raise as did my frustration. "You know, it isn't fair of you to make me feel absolute sh-" Before I could finish my sentence, her lips were on mine as she pulled my face more into the kiss. I immediately pushed away, absolutely horrified.

"What the actual fuck Alex!"

She stood there like a deer in the headlights, staring.

"That was completely unwarranted and inappropriate!"

She scoffed and rolled her eyes,

"you sure didn't seem to think so when I had you in bed screaming my name!"

"Fuck you!" I screamed back and went for the door but she grabbed my arm.

"We're not done here Y/n." her eyes were dark and angry.

"Yes, we are." I yanked my arm away and opened the door to find Emily mid knock.

Her eyes dart from me to Alex and she instantly can sense that something isn't right.

"What the hell is going on!" Emily shouted.

"I was just leaving." I burned holes through Alex with my enraged glare. I walked past Emily expecting her to follow, but instead she was having a god damn staring contest with Alex.

"Em, come on" I urged as I pulled her arm like a child would their parents.

"If I find out that you so much as breathed wrong towards her, I will end you. Have I made myself clear." Emily's voice was stern and seething with anger, yet she somehow managed to keep her volume at a normal level. Alex stared. I couldn't read her face all that well but she wasn't in any position to start mouthing off.
