If Only - Mason Mount Story

Forty Five.

Lacey had been silent for the last two days, but today, Lauren and Sasha wasn't taking no for an answer. Refusing to let the younger girl sit in silence, looking at the same four walls. It was Lauren's birthday party in the evening, and Lauren was adamant the younger girl was attending.

"Lace just open the door" Sasha stated, as Lacey sat on the sofa, the humming of the tv in the background, her phone vibrating next to her, completely ignoring the phone call, or the text message, they all ran into one that she refused to look at. "Lace please, for me" Lauren stated, Lacey feeling the pain hit her chest, she didn't like emotional blackmail at all, but none the less, took the door of the latch and let her friends walk in to the apartment.

"Lace, I'm not going to lie you look awful" Sasha whispered, as she pulled the girl in for a hug, Lauren joining and just hugging the girl in the centre of the hug, but Lacey was emotionless, fragile, possibly even broken.

Photos of Levi Williams and Lacey Cross have embedded the internet recently. These photos come to light after Mason Mount shared an Instagram story with the 21 year old in his home. Rumours started during the Euros that Mount was back with his former girlfriend Chloe, but reports stated Mount had a new girlfriend, pictured above; Lacey Cross.
Whilst nothing has been confirmed from either party, sources have found Levi Williams Instagram post, tagging both Mount and Cross wishing them all the best. Sources have reported that Lacey cheated on her former boyfriend with Mount, causing a list of internet trolls to target Cross.
Mount has been photographed arriving and leaving Cobham for training and is expected to be in the line up for home game at Stamford Bridge later on in the week although Mounts representatives have refused to comment on the story, fans are eager to see if Lacey will turn up to this game at the home ground, or if this is a targeted meaningless post.

"Lace you either come tonight or it ain't fucking happening" Lauren stated, as she pulled at clothes in Laceys wardrobe, trying to find something for the girl to wear. "I've told you I really don't want to go out, I don't even want to see anyone" Lacey mumbled, as Sasha shook her head, running a hand through her hair. "If you think I'm going to let this fucktard ruin your life further you have another thing coming" Sasha stated, sitting on the bed and grabbing Lacey's hands, forcing her to look at Sasha. "He is not ruining you, he is not ruining the life you are making for yourself and I'm damn sure as hell he is not ruining you and Mason, we will get past this, together" Sasha stated, as Lacey nods her head, knowing from previous times not to mess with Sasha, or go against what she said.

It wasn't long before Sasha was doing Lacey's make up, much to her dismay. But the make up was plain and simple, and Lacey could work with that, her outfit consisting of some ripped jeans and a baggy shirt. "Have you spoken to Mase?" Lauren questioned, as she opened a bottle of wine, Lacey shaking her head. "I couldn't bring myself to do it" Lacey whispered, as Laceys doorbell rang, silencing the three girls. "No idea" Sasha mumbled, as she walked to the door, opening it and revealing Ben and Jack. "Oh, I thought we were meeting you there" Lauren stated, as Jack hugged Sasha, giving her a quick kiss, before sitting next to Lacey. The others leaving the room.

"How you feeling?" Jack whispered, as Lacey shook her head, not looking or meeting Jacks eye sight. "Lace you can talk to me yano" Jack mumbled, resting his arm on the sofa and turning his body to face her. "You're not alone through any of this and we're family, I'm not going to abandon you" he mumbled, as he placed a hand on Lacey's leg, her finally looking at him. "Does he hate me?" Lacey questioned, as Jack shook his head. "His upset you've pushed him away, pissed off at Levi and mad at the world, but he doesn't hate you" Jack states, as Lacey nodded her head, running a hand through her hair, not really caring if she messed it up. "He couldn't hate you, there's no reason to hate you" Jack continued, as Lacey looked at Jack through her eyelashes. "And what's happened has happened, everyone gets dragged through the media at some point, more times than others sometimes, but it doesn't mean we all stop caring about you" Jack stated, putting his arm around the girl and bringing her into him to give her a side hug. "No matter what happens, we're family, you're stuck with me till death do us part" Jack smirked, as Lacey rolled her eyes. "That's usually what you say at a wedding and us getting married, that's just wrong" Lacey mumbled, as Jack laughed, nodding his head. "All I'm trying to say is we're here, we're going to pick you up, we're going to help you through this, you just have to let us" Jack states, as Lacey nodded her head, understanding what he was saying. "Plus, If Mase goes one more night not seeing you or speaking to you I might actually have to knock him out for some peace" Jack laughed, as Ben walked into the room, smiling at Lacey.

"Taxis here" he smiled.

I'm aware that Lauren's birthday isn't until January and this is kind of set in July/August/September, but I needed something 😂
