❝Paano ba yan, panalo ulit ako❞ mayabang na wika ni Junkyu nang manalo siya sa nilalaro nilang uno.
❝Ang daya mo, Kim Junkyu! Napupunta sayo lahat ng plus cards eh❞
❝Hindi ko na kasalanan yun mwehehe❞ padabog na inilapag ni Alyshia ang mga uno cards na hawak niya saka ngumuso.
Hindi niya alam kung sinasadya ni Junkyu or baka nagkataon lang na napupunta sa kanya lahat ng plus cards and Alyshia being herself, she lost all her patient dahil dito.
Tinuruan kase siya ni Junkyu maglaro ng uno. Nung una she liked it so much dahil mukhang masaya lalo pag nauunahan mong mag-uno yung kalaban mo pag isa na lang ang card na hawak niya.
❝Beb, are you mad?❞
❝No❞ matipid na sagot niya.
❝No daw pero ang cold makipag-usap❞ she was pissed pero it would be really immature if she'll get mad dahil lang sa laro. She was not like that.
❝Kim Junkyu, hindi nga ako galit❞ malumanay na sambit niya to show him that he was not mad.
Napayuko lang si Junkyu habang nakanguso parin and that somehow made her heart melt. She would be lying kung sabihin niyang he's not adorable at this state.
❝How about we watch some movie na lang hmm?❞ Alyshia asked and gently lifted the man's chin.
Junkyu's face lit up saka ito ngumiti.
❝Sige!❞ he brightly said saka lumapit sa tabi ni Alyshia sa harap ng tv.
❝May gusto ka bang panoorin?❞ Junkyu didn't responsed but instead, kinuha niya ang remote mula kay Alyshia. Hinayaan lang siya ng dalaga habang nakangiting tinitignan si Junkyu.
At some point, narealize ko lang na I wanted to risk it all, for him, for Junkyu.
Alyshia turned her gaze to the big screen towards them nang marinig niya ang malakas na tunog mula rito.
She saw the title was 'The Fault in our Stars' it seems like it was a romantic movie. She wasn't a fan of romance movies pero Junkyu made her watch it.
She likes Horror and Thriller kesa sa mga ganitong plot but when she watched almost half of the movie, she suddenly thought that Augustus and Hazel's love was indeed beautiful.
Falling in love despite of their conditions. She was lucky, na hindi siya katulad ni Hazel nor even ni Gus.
At the end of the movie, she heard some sobs noises beside her and it was Junkyu. He was crying.
Hindi niya mapigilang mapatawa nang mahuli niya ang tingin ni Junkyu with his teary eyes.
❝Why are you crying?❞
❝Wala. Scam talaga yun si Jekjek. Sabi niya maganda ending nito eh. Kung alam ko lang na mamamatay si Gus, edi sana di ko na pinanood❞
Alyshia chuckled habang pinapanood si Junkyu na punasan ang luha niya. Hindi niya alam kung anong masamang espiritu ang sumapi sa kanya when he cupped Junkyu's both cheeks.
❝Some love stories doesn't always need to end happy naman, Kyu. And besides, Gus was still on Hazel's side. Wag ka na umiyak❞ Alyshia comforted.
❝Junkyu..❞ she suddenly called the man.
❝Hmm?❞
❝Paano kung gaya rin tayo ni Gus and Hazel. What if hindi rin tayo mag-end up together?❞
Hindi niya nakitaan ng reaksyon si Junkyu. She just got curious wala naman siyang balak i-reject si Junkyu.
❝Then I'll accept your decision, Alyshia❞ how could she ever reject of this man?
Kung gaano siya mag-isip, kung ganito niya itrato ang dalaga, mahihirapan siya bumitaw. He's too precious not to be liked nor to love either.
❝Ako naman yung nagka-gusto sayo. And it's not your responsibility to like me back. You still have the freedom to choose who you will love❞
Then can I choose you?
❝Then can I choose you?❞
Junkyu creased his forehead trying to process what Alyshia just asked him.
❝Ha?❞
❝You said that I have the freedom right? Then I'll choose to love you❞
❝Alyshia..❞
❝Junkyu, this time wala nang atrasan. You are worth to risk. Let's try, Kyu❞
❝Alyshia, are you sure? Baka nalilito ka lang? Hindi mo naman kai—❞
Alyshia smiled and kissed his cheek. She knows, she's sure of him, she's sure of Kim Junkyu.
❝Junkyu, gusto kita❞
❝Gustong gusto rin kita, Kim Junkyu❞
After all, it wasn't bad na ginulo ni Junkyu ang buhay niya. He's more on grateful na he made the first move.
❝Sabi mo yan, you are not allowed to take it back, Alyshia❞
Alyshia chuckled and opened her arms for a cuddle. She's sure now, she'll risk everything for this childish guy.
