THIRD PERSON

❝Why are we here?❞ tanong ni Alyshia nang makita niyang bumaba sila sa tapat ng isang perya.

❝I just thought you are exhausted so I wanted to have fun with you❞ akala niya naman kung saan sila pupunta.

❝Junkyu, wala akong panahon dito. Marami pa akong kai—❞ she was about to talk nang makita niya ang nagpapaawang mukha ni Junkyu.

❝Andito na tayo eh. Can we just enjoy the night?❞ it does made her feel bad about complaining, and the fact na gusto lang siyang aliwin ni Junkyu. It just made her feel more bad.

Alyshia heaved a deep sigh saka naunang maglakad papasok sa loob ng perya. She had been with this place once before her mother died.

Meanwhile, Junkyu smiled nang makita niyang naunang maglakad ang dalaga so he ran towards her at sinabayan itong maglakad.

❝I heard that may fireworks show dito mamayang 8 so I wanted to bring you here❞ narinig niyang pinag-uusapan nila Jihoon ang tungkol dito so Alyshia crossed his mind.

❝Let's ride that first!❞ excited na aya ng binata sa kanya sabay turo sa Flying Fiesta. Iilan lang ang rides but still Junkyu wanted to make her happy kahit sandali lang and forgot all the things that was bothering her.

They rode the Flying Fiesta at halos masuka siya dahil sa hilo. But she enjoyed the ride.

❝Okay ka lang?❞ tanong nito kay Alyshia nang makita niyang hawak hawak nito ang tuhod niya.

❝Mukha ba akong okay?❞ masungit na sagot niya na ikinanguso naman ni Junkyu.

That was a very stupid move, of course she wasn't okay.

❝Sit here. May bibilhin lang ako❞ Alyshia obeyed and besides nahihilo na rin siya so she couldn't do anything.

Unang ride pa lang yun pero nahilo na agad siya. She doesn't want to disappoint Junkyu too. Nakikita niya ang efforts nito para sa kanya so she wanted to show him na kahit papaano ay nag-eenjoy siya.

Junkyu bought two lemonades saka anim na balot ng chichirya for the two of them. He was about to leave the booth nang mahagip ng tingin niya ang dalawang pares ng bracelet sa isang tabi ng booth.

❝Kuya, binibenta niyo po ba yun?❞ tanong ni Junkyu sa tindera sabay turo sa bracelets

❝Ahh opo. Dalawa na lang po kase yan na natitira❞

❝Kukunin ko na. Magkano po?❞

❝60 pesos po lahat sir❞ Junkyu smiled saka dumukot ng pera mula sa bulsa niya bago ito ibinigay sa nagtitinda.

The bracelets were made of beads. Sakto pang koala and marshmallow designed ang beads ng bracelets that made it look more cute. Junkyu wore the koala beaded bracelet saka niya binalikan si Alyshia sa bench.

❝Ang tagal mo❞ reklamo ni Alyshia pagbalik ni Junkyu.

❝Namiss mo ba ako?❞ biro nito kay Alyshia but the girl just rolled her eyes.

She really hates it everytime na ganito si Junkyu sa kanya. She doesn't like guys like him, masyado siyang childish for her.

Junkyu invited her to other rides after  nilang magpahinga and she will not deny that she somehow enjoyed it kahit na ayaw na ayaw niya sa rides.

Until there was only one ride na hindi pa nila nasasakyan.

Ferris Wheel

❝Yshiaaaa! Let's ride the ferris wheel!❞ parang bata na aya ni Junkyu sa kanya.

❝Junkyu, pagod na ako. Hindi ka ba napapagod?❞ nakangiwing tanong ni Alyshia. Her throat were seriously dry dahil sa pag sigaw niya kanina sa rides.

❝Last ride na promise saka mabagal lang naman yung ikot nung ferris wheel eh❞

❝Fine, dalian mo na❞ Junkyu gave her the tickets saka pumila sa para ferris wheel.

Luckily, katatapos lang umikot ng ride and it was their turn. The staffs helped them to find their own spot. It's been a while since Alyshia rode this ride.

Silence slowly conquered them even  before the ride started. Wala din namang gustong sabihin si Alyshia, she just wanted to admire the view from up there while the man in front of her was just deeply staring at her.

She was still thankful na dinala siya ni Junkyu dito. She had been thinking about a lot of things that almost preventing her to sleep and it was still a good thing to escape the reality even for a while.

❝Yshia❞ she flinched when she heard Junkyu calling him. Tinaasan niya lang ito ng kilay bilang sagot.

He saw him smiled and was somehow startled nang magtama ang mata nilang dalawa.

❝I know so much things had been tough for you, and I just want to let you know that I am always with your side❞ she really doesn't know how to react. Hindi siya sanay na may nagsasabi ng warm words sa kanya.

She was used to keep all of her thoughts by herself even Denise doesn't know them all. Pakiramdam niya kase makakadagdag lang siya sa iisipin ni Denise if ever.

Junkyu was about to talk again nang makarinig sila ng malakas na tunog mula sa labas.

❝Woah❞ tanging nasabi ni Alyshia while looking at the colorful fireworks outside.

Junkyu unknowingly smiled while staring at Alyshia admiring the fireworks. At some point of his life, he wished he was the fireworks para ganyan siya tignan ni Alyshia, that stare with pure amazement and admiration.

❝I like you❞ wala sa sariling sambit niya that made Alyshia look back to him, she could clearly heard him.

❝Ha?❞ Alyshia asked in disbelief, hoping that he was just kidding at what the guy said.

❝I-I mean I like the fireworks HAHAHAHA. Umasa ka ba? It's a praaaank!❞ Junkyu tried his best to sound convincing and thankfully Alyshia breathe out in relief.

❝Kapal mo talaga. Pero mabuti naman kase the feeling is not mutual kapag totoo❞ he could feel his heart pinched. Kahit naman alam niyang ganito yung mangyayari, it still hurts him.

❝A-asa ka naman. Hindi kita magugustuhan 'no. Friends lang, tropa tropa lang. Bawal ma-fall sa tropa❞ Junkyu joked.

He suddenly felt being a good liar right now, sino bang niloko niya? Eh his body were completely tired from falling with the girl he was supposed to be just friends with.
