Hyunjin vs Jungkook

+Taehui POV+

"Why are you avoiding my gaze? Why, do I make you nervous?"

You look back at him with a "as if" look.

"Nope. Not at all. But thanks for saving us. You came just in time."

He nods and the two of you are distracted by Hyunjin groaning.

You turn to look at him and see Jin finishing up.

You rush over and kneel down next to Hyunjin.

"He's going to be ok isn't he?" You ask Jin while placing a hand on Hyunjin's shoulder.

Jin nods as he clears the things he's used away.

You sigh and nod.

"That's a relief."

Hyunjin gives you a reassuring smile and you smile back.

"Ok so let's get going to my other safe house. It's further from here so it should be fine."

They nod.

"Hyunjin. Come on you're with me."

You help him up and lead him to your car.

Jin and Jungkook go into the car they came in and follow your car.

The journeys going well except...

A CAR COMES OUT OF NOWHERE AND CRASHES INTO YOURS!!

Your ears ring and you feel yourself be lifted off the ground and travel through the air.

The car eventually lands on ground and the impact knocks you out.

~at the hospital~

Your eyes flutter open and you feel aches all over your body.

You see Jungkook beside your bed and your hand reaches for him.

He grabs your hand gently and heaves a sigh of relief that you're awake.

"Thank god! I was getting scared you wouldn't wake up."

You try to sit up but Jungkook jumps up and stops you.

"You've just woke up, take it easy."

You sigh and look up at him.

"Hyunjin. Is he ok? Where is he?" You ask him and his face falls.

"About Hyunjin...I have something to tell you."

I don't like where this is going...

"He...he didn't make it Taehui."

Those words are enough to have you break out in tears.

"What...no..." you stutter in between sobs.

Jungkook gently hugs you and lets you cry into his shirt.

"It can't be... Hyunjin..."

Jungkook strokes your hair and wipes your tears away.

"Crying yourself away isn't what he would want. You can cry but not too much."

You nod and try to gather yourself but you're just so in shock.

Hyunjin...gone. Just like that.

You then wipe the rest of the tears on your face away and face jungkook, serious.

"Who did it? Who crashed into us? Do you know?"

He nods and suddenly becomes angrier.

"It's your fathers men."

You feel your blood start to boil.
