I woke up and looked at my hand, it was still in a lot of pain, so I went downstairs and applied some more cream and added the dressing back then took a painkiller to help me through after a shower.
"What you doing?" Said Liv.
"Treating the wounds, think you owe me for my effort."
"I think you owe me a shoe for your efforts."
"Hey, I tried my best.".
"I know and I'm grateful but I always still like liking winding you up." She admitted
"That seems to be one of your favorite things."
"Oh, it is, it's right up there with blink 182."
"Well least we both have that in common."
"Exactly that's why I was thinking. They play just before we go to college so do you want to go. Just me and you?" Asked Liv
"I would rather die first than go to that with you." I joked sarcastically
"Aw come on, you know you want to."
"Yeah, I would love to go to it with you."
"Cos, you love me."
"A little bit but I love blink 182 more"
"You love me about the same as them."
"Maybe"
"Definitely since blink 182 won't be there forever but when you're old and start losing your hair, can you tell me who will stay care? Me, not blink 182."
"That's a fucking lyric from MMMBop," I shouted
"Aw, I love that song," Said Cayden walking in with Franchesca.
"Are we doing the entrance thing again?" I said.
"What entrance thing?" Said Franchesca.
"Know what? It Doesn't matter, have we got any plans today?"
"The lake." Said Cayden
"Have we got to the point where we need to repeat stuff, we did a couple of days ago." Said Liv.
"Nah it's different this time, Kaya and Psych are coming so Boddicker and Kaya can get high and so Cayden can try out a new fishing technique," Said Franchesca.
"What's the new technique?" I asked
"Get a firework. Shoot it in the water. Get a fish" Said Cayden.
"Are you sure that will work?" I asked.
"No not at all but I'll give it a try and see." He replied.
"No, you won't, think of the damage that it would do to the lake." Complained Liv
"That could end bad" Said Boddicker.
"So, we are doing the entrance thing again," I said.
"Are you going to stop it then if it will end badly?" asked Cayden.
"Fuck no, I want to help" Boddicker replied.
"You guys aren't going to do it." Complained Liv again. I think she picked up my trait of getting ignored when making a good point.
"Right well let's go then." Said Franchesca.
"Flynn come on, we're going to the shooting fish with fireworks." Shouted Boddicker. Flynn ran down the stairs followed by Maya.
"Really?" asked Flynn.
"Hell yeah," I said.
"Aw, this will be sweet." He replied. Liv looked at me with a stare that I'm pretty sure decreased my life expectancy it was that evil-looking. She loved the outdoors, so she hated this idea which meant I needed to pretend to hate the idea as well and not join in. We went to the minivan and drove up to the lake and got out to meet Kaya and Psych. Psych or Clay Maddox was a shortish guy who was filled with energy and probably had a death wish because he was a psycho (hence the nickname) and just did the stupidest shit you could imagine. He had dark long wavy hair that was under a maroon beanie that he always wore, he was wearing a black basketball t-shirt, black shorts with some patterns on them, and some scuffed-up white Nike shoes. Also, on one shoulder was his backpack that was usually filled with fireworks and spray cans. Then there was his younger sister Kaya. She was a massive stoner so kind of the opposite to Psych, but she shared his peach skin, roman nose, and hazelnut eyes. Her hair was brown, unlike his black hair. She wore a baggy red t-shirt that covered her denim shorts with a plaid shirt tied around her waist, she also wore a denim jacket that matched her shorts and some red converses. Her hair was also done in a messy bun. "You bring the fireworks Psych?" Asked Flynn.
