Part 13

You can't sleep your tossing and turning in your bed trying to sleep. You want to check the dm that was sent to you in the middle of the night. You finally get up and look at the dm, "Hi, y/n how are you. How is lockdown going for you. Yes I'm safe at home in lockdown with my brother." You just stare at the message in shock, you start looking and notice there is the blue check mark to verify his account. You still are questioning if it's him but can't sleep. You decided to send him a message back. You start typing "Oh Hi, there hope I didn't wake you since it's really late. Glad your doing ok. Yes I am doing fine in lockdown. Just please don't get offended by this but not sure if this really you or not. I just ever since joining twitter again was getting bothered by fake accounts daily. It's no ones fault at all, just I doubt you would really talk to me if you could." You wonder if you should even send the message you just stare at the message. You just leave it you don't send or delete it. Your thinking and about to put your phone down, when you see 3 dots moving on his end of the dms. You quickly put your phone down, but decided to send your dm thinking this has got to be the stupidest thing you have ever done. You put your phone down and just try to get some sleep finally.

Finally you wake up at 10am you mind was playing so many tricks on you. You managed to get some sleep though. You leave your phone on the nightstand and just head into the living room and kitchen. Jill hasn't gotten up either, you both are feeling a little depression sinking in with lockdown being extended for another 2 weeks. Your still waiting for Jill's reaction to your prank with the blue hair dye. You start thinking about last night the dm from Chris Evans, and what your sent back you where so tired y/n it was just your mind and a stupid dream. You doubt that it even happened at all. You go to start making a late breakfast for you and Jill, knowing she is awake now and in the shower.

5 minutes later you hear her screaming. "Y/n what the fuck did you do?" she yells

"What do you mean, I didn't do anything." you say

She has towel wrapped around her head "Seriously you didn't just do this to me?" she yells taking the towel off and hair blonde hair is now blue as cookie monster from that tv show.

You look in shock at her hair trying so hard not to laugh. "Jill what happened to your hair, did you buy the wrong shampoo or something?" you break and start laughing.

"Oh this is war bitch lol, your lucky we can't do anything or go anywhere but I am getting you back for this one way or another." she says laughing back.

You guys start eating breakfast you can't help but feel a little bad looking at Jill's blonde hair now dark blue. You tell her you get some dye and do something different to your hair as well. She tells you need to make yours Ronald McDonald Red. You almost die of shock and say no not that red at all. You eventually tell her it isn't permanient hair dye and will wash out in a few days. She laughed at all and still says something big is coming for you. You guys pick to go for a walk, Jill grabbed your New England Patriots baseball hat to cover her hair up as best she could. You guys are out for a walk taking your phones. You guys are searching on twitter and both got this new app called tiktok. You find an account with a couple scaring each other randomly around their home. You keep laughing and talking trying to keep your mind off the fact that this is going on for another 2 weeks if not longer.

You go on you laptop for work, just to catch up on some filing that Matt asked you to get done whenever you can. He had said with Hollywood is at stand still nothing was happening much for him. He had mentioned to you in private, there was new laws and measures in place for when filming would start up again. He did give you and update as will on Little Shop of Horrors, he had said it's been put on hold for now. No idea when filming would start at all. You felt bad for everyone involved with the movie, you where looking forward to it, as you loved the movie as a kid. You, like everyone else around the country was missing every day life. You decided to call Tanya once you finished up some work. After a few hours of work you turned off your Mac book. Looked at your phone quickly noticed you had Instagram notifications on your home screen. You just ignored them. Really still getting fake accounts was really getting to you, just with the pandemic and everything you had enough. You started to dial up Tanya to check on her, you missed hanging out with her too.

"HI stranger, how are you and Jill doing over there." Tanya said.

"Hi Tanya, we are ok just dealing get through every day of this lockdown. How are you doing?" y/n ask.

"Oh Y/n it's ok lots of Netflix, been painting it side the house just to keep busy. Seen you Instagram girl you and Jill seemed to be having fun pulling pranks. Really you gave her blue hair. What did she do to you?" She asks.

"Oh you wouldn't believe it, she bugged me to send Matt's client Chris Evans a Dm, I typed it out and everything. Than I was like nope not sending to him and asked her to delete it since I was doing something. She sent it to him, really I was looking for the deepest 6' foot hole to jump into. Maybe I could jump out the window lol." You say

"She did what oh no, did you ever hear back from him?" She asks

Lmfao I got something but I really think his account was hacked or it was a dream cause I was half asleep. It's not him. He wouldn't even care to ever talk to me at all. It's ok I deleted the entire thing." You say.

"Wait why would you say that about yourself, I mean he had been in meetings with Matt with you there. Why did Jill want you to do it?" She asks

"Oh cause in pathetic and have kind of a crush on him, always have I know laughing at my loser self for it. But it was more annoying getting all the fake accounts harassing me daily. Plus just lockdown I didn't say anything bad just hoped he and his family where safe. I can't visit my family their in another state, so just me and Jill here." You tell her.

"Y/n that's kind sweet and cute. Oh well it did make for a funny prank when I saw Jill's hair she looks like a muppet don't tell her I said that though." She laughs

You and Tanya talk a little while more. You try to make plans hoping lockdown ends in just over a week or so. Once you done you look at your phone and again there a Dm on Instagram, you see his name but just can't open it your feel like the biggest idiot in the world. You rational side tells you he was hacked. Your trouble side pushes you to open the Dm. You ready it in shock relaxing oh shit he wasn't hack it's actually him. "Hey y/n how you you doing? Hope your safe. I remember you from my lawyer Matt's office and the coffee shop even. I'm just home hanging out with my brother and dog. You can message me anytime it's cool." You just stare are the message from him, again rational size it's telling you he was hacked. You refuse to believe the truth after the past year you had. You don't trust this at all. You just put the phone down on your night stand and go to sleep.
