Tori was slightly nervous about this. She couldn't eat, she couldn't even sleep. Bella walked in and saw how tired her sister looked. "Tori, did you sleep any last night?"

"I'm nervous." She said as she looked at Bella. "Edward is the first guy I ever dated and the idea of meeting his family has my nerves screwed up."

Bella heard a knock and walked out to see who was at the door. Tori yawned as she walked over to the closet and started searching for her clothes when someone walked in. "Tori?" She turned to see Edward. "If you don't want to go, I'm not forcing you. We can plan for you to meet another time."

"I'm sorry, Edward. I'm just very nervous."

"How about this, I'll stay with you till you gotten some sleep and when you wake up. We will go do something together."

"Thank you." She said hugging him.

When Tori woke up, Edward decided the two could go for a walk in the woods. Which made her excited. Edward looked back at the redhead and smiled. "Why are you excited?"

"I'm with you and there is no Bella and no Tyler. Just us and the woods."

Edward smiled as she hugged him. They came to a stop when they saw Alice. "What are you doing here?" Edward asked.

"I wanted to meet Tori." She said as she walked over to her. "I saw that she wasn't coming."

"I'm sorry." Tori said. "I'm just not ready to meet anyone."

Alice smiled. "We understand, but I was hoping to talk to you today and saw the two of you was coming here." She said. "Would you want to go dress shopping this weekend since you are not ready."

Edward watched her nod causing Alice to leave them alone. Tori looked at Edward smiling. "I'm hoping I can meet the others without my nerves bothering me."

"You will."

The next day, Edward waited for Alice and Tori to come back. He was nervous about her meeting the others. "Is she really worth this, Edward?" Rosalie asked causing him to look at her. "She doesn't belong in our world."

"Rosalie, shut up." He tells her. "There's something about our bond that I am still trying to figure out."

"What do you mean?" Emmett asked.

"There's this lonely feeling when she's not with me, if she gets hurt, I feel it. I even knew when she was born, but I didn't know it was her. Then the other day, she said when I was gone that she felt like dying. I don't want to make her feel like that." Edward said as he heard Alice's car. "Tori is one of us and there's nothing you can say will change that."

Emmett and Rosalie watched as he went to meet with Tori. They watched as he kissed her. Tori smiled as they walked into the living room as Esme and Carlisle walked in. "Hi." She said. "I'm Tori Swan."

"Hello, Tori. I'm Carlisle and this is my wife, Esme. Emmett and Rosalie, and finally Jasper."

Tori smiled at them. "I'm sorry about yesterday. I've never been in a relationship and I didn't want to feel like I was forcing you all to meet me." She tells them as she looked at Edward. "Want to go do something?"

"Sure."

Carlisle watched the two walk away causing Esme to look at him. "What is it?"

"Their mate bond. It's not like ours or anyones we've met before. It's like Tori Swan was born to be like us. I need to do some research."

They all looked at Tori wondering what's special about this bond, but who knows the kind of bond that Edward and Tori have.
