Twenty Two

The next day, Tori and Edward arrived at school to see Bella leaving with Jacob. They didn't say anything as they kept walking. Jasper was the first to speak. "Tori?" She looked at the blonde. "I wanted to apologize for not taking your's and Edward's side. You two should have never been separated and now that we know that you are able to have kids, but we are sorry."

"Edward told me about all of you wanting to speak to me, but I'm not. I'm holding this grudge till you all see the damage you have caused. Not just you, but Tyler and Bella too." She says. "As of now, it's too late to apologize."

They watched Tori walk away causing them to look at Edward. "Hey, you all chose sides. That side was Tyler who is not the coven leader. Once this baby is born, I'm thinking of just leaving the group and just being with my wife and child."

Alice never saw none of this coming. Jasper looked at her as he saw the hurt on her face. "Alice?"

"I never saw any of this coming." She tells them. "Edward and Tori should be talking to us now, but their not."

Later that day, Tori smiled as she walked with Edward around town. "We need to see how Josie is."

"I know, but with what this baby is, we need Carlisle, but that doesn't mean that I forgive them."

"I don't either." He says. "They think we should forgive them, but they don't see what they have done to us." They stopped walking as it started to rain. The two looked up at the sky before Edward continued talking. "I wanted to stay with you and I missed out on five months of this child's existence because of who they sided with."

"You are here now." She tells him as she touched his cold wet face. "I forgive you because you have proven to me that you meant every word. You left to find out our bond, but your family forced you to go anyways because of Jasper's gift. He felt the hunger and that wasn't his fault. The only ones at fault here are Tyler and Bella." The rain started pouring harder causing them to smile. "Edward?"

"Hmm."

"Kiss me."

Edward smiled as he kissed his pregnant wife in the rain. Neither of them saw Emily with Sue causing them to take a picture of the soulmates. Seeing them kissing and enjoying the rain had them smiling. "I hope the pack protects them."

"I think they are. Sam has made it clear that nothing is to happen to Tori and Edward. And those rings, I think the ones that makes the rules are keeping them safe."

Pulling back, Edward picked Tori up and screamed out as he carried her to his car. The redhead laughed as she was enjoying her day with her husband. Edward set her down on her feet so he can unlock the car. Tori got in shivering and laughing as Edward got in the driver seat. They shared a look before he turned the car on and turned the heat on. "I think tomorrow, we'll go see how Josie is and when exactly she will be born."

"Works for me." He says. "I love you, Tori Cullen."

"I love you, Edward Cullen."
