Spinel looks around at her surroundings, gasps in epiphany and runs off the warp pad.
"Spinel?" Y/n questioned.
"This was our garden! A special world, built just for Pink and I." Spinel explained clasping her hands.
"On Homeworld, Pink was so lonely and sad, but not here! Here, we would play for hours. Every day was so much fun." Spinel added.
"At least..that's what I thought."
"Did something happen?" Y/n asked.
Spinel frowned "Pink wanted a colony, more than anything. One day, her wish came true! Blue and Yellow gave Pink her very own planet - Earth! I was so excited! A brand new place to play!" Spinel said around the garden.
"So, Why didn't you go with her?" Steven asked.
"♫ Here in the garden, let's play a game,
I'll show you how it's done;

And then she smiled, that's what I'm after,
The smile in her eyes, the sound of her laughter

Spinel walked down the garden and stopped in a certain place.
"♫ Happily waiting, all on my own,
Under the endless sky
Counting the seconds, standing alone,
As thousands of years go by ♫

As Spinel sings, she slowly recalls her painful memories, and her expression slowly becomes more bitter.

Spinel leads them through the deserted garden, showing him the dead vegatation around as she sings about her pain.

How could pink do that? I mean I could believe she did that but why to spinel? What did spinel do wrong? She seemed so cute and harmless.

.With all her memories back, the flashback ends as Spinel begins glow and reform.
"♫ Dri-i-ift,

"Spinel's gem turns around into an upside-down heart, and she reforms back to her current self. Back with her hateful demeanor, Spinel glares back at Steven and Y/n.
"S-Spinel, you've- you've got your memories back! I can't believe Mom did that to you...Actually, I can totally believe it. You're not the only one she hurt-" Steven started.
Steven approaches Spinel to try to console herself, but reactively pushes him away, pinning him to the ground.
"Yeah, you must know all about her life without me! RUB IT IN, WHY DON'T YA?!" Spinel shouted.
Y/n realized spinel was about to punch Steven but she stood in front of them.
"Spinel! Wait! It's not like that! You deserve a better friend." Y/n explained
Spinel roars in anger and swings her fist at the column holding the Diamond communicator destroying it. She then sighs in defeat, kneeling down sadly to the ground.
"Spinel, come back and save the Earth with me. You can start over there, make new friends." Steven said kneeling down to spinel.
Y/n on spinel's other side.
Steven offers his hand to Spinel, who looks away in distress.
"♫ Someday, somewhere, somehow,
You'll love again,
You just need to find someone ♫"
Y/n's offers her hand to Spinel. Spinel reluctantly accepts her hand and joins in the song.
"♫ Someday, somewhere, somehow,
You'll/I'll love again,
You/I just need to find someone ♫"
They stand up and begins to lead out of the garden.
"♫ Someone who treats you/me better,
Someone who wants you/me around,
Someday, somewhere, somehow,
You're/I'm gonna feel found... ♫"
Warping back to earth. Steven step on the warp pad and warp back to his conservatory. Y/n and Spinel still holding hands. Eventually letting go since Steven was pulling Y/n.
"♫ Today, right here, right now,
I already feel found... ♫"
Spinel finished her part of the song.
"Hey spins? You coming?" Y/n asked popping her head back into the conservatory.
Spinel smiled and ran up to her.
Inside the house, Pearl and Amethyst anxiously waits for Steven, while Garnet picks up and examines a spork curiously.
"Guys! Guess who's back?!" Steven said. Y/n right behind him. "Come down." Y/n whispered to spinel.
"Won't they all be... not exactly incredibly thrilled to see me like this?" Spinel said pointing to her face.
"We just have to talk to them." Y/n added having her hand out so spinel would take it.
"Ta-da!"
"W-W-W-W-W-WHAT?!?!"
Pearl quickly summons her spear in reflex, while Amethyst summons her whip.
"Oh, Spinel! Did you change your hair?"garnet commented.
Y/n stood in front of spinel. "Whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa! Spinel got her memories back, but she's not gonna hurt us. Everything's fine!"
Lion's portal suddenly opens and he leaps out of it, with Connie riding on his back, wearing a space camp uniform and brandishing her sword. Lion slides across the floor and Connie jumps off him, landing next to Pearl.
"I'm here! Where's the fight?!" Connie shouted.
"Don't fight! Everything's chill!" Steven said.
"Whew... Okay. Spinel, can I ask you a favor?" Steven asked turned to Spinel.
"Are you kidding? Anything!"
