                                         DENVER.

Fuck this.

I hate this.

All of it.

I want to get back to New York.

This is going to be hell.

I have finally touched down at the LAX airport in California and I'm so jetlagged I might sleep on the ground I'm walking on. I move towards the car my dad supposedly bought for me to use while here and it's normal...the usual black Bentley just how I like them. Thanks old man. I get in after throwing my suitcase in the trunk. I'm still not sure I know to do anything else except gang stuff so I have no idea how I'm going to go about all this.

I call my dad after connecting to the car's Bluetooth. "Yo dad. Am I sleeping on the streets or what?" I ask jokingly.

"As much as that seems appealing, I bought you a nice condo somewhere. Just turn your GPS on and I will give you the directions." He tells me the destination and I type it into the GPS and start towards the house. "It even has a lakeview son." "Sweet."

"Anyways back to business, I made sure the security personnel put enough security around and in your house. It's not activated yet as you have to use your own fingerprint to do so." I just admire how he manages to switch from fun dad to an extremely serious man when it is time to mean business.

"Thanks old man." I say that knowing it spites him.

"Haha asshole." He replies and I laugh.

"Bye old man." He grunts as his way of goodbye and ends the call. I keep driving until I reach a certain place with a few scattered houses and I see the condo around the corner. I think that's the one. I like it. I drive towards it and get out to scan my face at the gate and then drive in. I guess a face scanner works best at the gate to avoid break ins. The house is cream on the outside with large windows and a very nice lakeview. I put in my fingerprint at the door and it automatically opens. Fancy.

I look around and it's okay. The black couch and black and white kitchen and staircases. It's basically a man's pad. I move upstairs and there are at least four bedrooms...fitting. I can use them for keeping my weapons and shit. The biggest bedroom has a balcony facing the lake and I decide this is the best part of this condo. Now to clean up.... Fuck.

It takes me around six hours to clean up only my bedroom and the living room area plus the kitchen and the corridors. The rest are for later. Why didn't dad order his men to do this? Well at least the fridge is stocked. Thanks dad.

I'm really thankful mom taught me how to cook before she passed away. Those foolish animals. The Vice Lords. Our gang's arch-nemesis. I loathe them. They killed my mom that stupid night. It sickens me that I haven't got my revenge on them and that's why I'm angry most of the time. I loved my mom so much until those hooligans shot her straight through the head. I'm hyperventilating and I know it. This always happens when I think back to that night.

Dad says we shall get them back but we haven't. Apparently we need a very good plan to do that. Why can't we just walk in there and shoot them all...including that daughter of theirs I have heard about though I don't know what she looks like. I've never seen her and let her hope I never do. I wonder what her name is. All I know is her surname that she shares with her parents...Seville. I hope we never cross paths. I'm still thinking when my phone buzzing cuts off my train of thought.

"Hey dad."

"Yes I have something to tell you son."

"And what's that?" There is a pause and I hear him exhale loudly until he speaks up.

"That girl....she's there too."

"Huh?"

"The Seville daughter....she has relocated to California too."

"What the heck?! You must be joking." I shout both in anger and happiness knowing I can get her very well from over here and kill her after all she won't be so protected compared to how it was in New York. As if dad knows what I am thinking, he continues

"Don't."

"Don't do what?" I seethe but we both know what he is talking about.

"Don't attack her or we all go down. Remember, we have to plan this first. And what if she has back-up?"

"Then you send me some back-up too!" I say angrily.

"Relax son. Do whatever took you over there and leave the rest to me." Dad argues.   "So you expect me to just sit back when the people that killed my mom are out here living their best life?" I scoff.    "I said... I will handle it son. Don't you trust me?" There he goes again.

I know he is very ruthless to his enemies but I can't help it and he always pulls the trust card on me, which is fucked up. I relent to him anyways. "Good. Now live a normal life, Washington," and he ends the call.

Yeah sure. I shall live a normal life while knowing my enemy is near me. I bark out a humourless laugh. We'll see about that. I sure hope she's going to the same school as me too. I hate school and it's going to be my first time in public school since I have always home schooled but finding that girl is now my main goal.

Insert an evil laugh.
